The breakfast was in the lobby and was fresh and tasty. There is a noice variety of fruit, meats, rolls, cold and hot cereals. The 24-hour coffee was much appreciated.

One of the workers was not that friendly. I encountered her there when I stayed before, and she stared as if I did not belong in the hotel. I was nice to her anyway. I saw that she was pleasant with the other guests who happened to be white. She and I are both people of color.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and it was quiet. I have to go back to Decatur, and this will be the place that I will stay because of the superb customer service.

I really did not find anything that I did not like, but we did have one minor problem. It was handled immediately, which I found to be very helpful because customer service is a plus nowadays, and if it is done right, people will come back. They handled the situation with excellent service, and after that, there were no problems.

The hotel was located in a nice area. Lots of places to dine. The front desk staff was excellent, very courteous and friendly. The double bed room was great. Very clean and welcoming. along with a variety of toiletries. Also there was a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. You had a choice of hot (waffles, eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy). Also there was a choice of cereal, yogurt and other. The next morning was a different variety to pick from. I highly recommend this hotel when you are in the Atlanta/Emory University Area.

As we have been coming back fourth to Atlanta the past few years to the hospital we just found out if we book directly through the motel we get a pretty big discount verses booking thru here. 60 dollars a day is a huge difference when staying weeks at a time.

Cleanliness, helpful staff and was convenient to have bfast provided with great coffee.

Breakfast options were great and well-stocked. The rooms were very clean. The gym was very clean and had good quality equipment. Details like having a firm and soft pillow for each bed, a free cookie in the lobby at night, and a water cooler in the gym were appreciated and felt high-end. Staff were all very friendly.

the room and bathroom were very clean. there were no odors . the bed was comfortable , and spacious, as was the room . the windows have electric blinds that block out all light perfectly . the hotel is located in great spot, everything is close by , and the location is safe . the pool was clean and there were plenty of pool towels & pool noodles available for use . the breakfast had plenty of options.

the parking lot is kind of small and there is not a lot of lighting at night , and it's pretty dark and wooded

Everything about this hotel was terrific. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel at this price, but it was far better than I thought it would be. I would definitely stay here again. There was a simple but hot breakfast and good coffee every morning, and it is located in a good part of the city.

What an amazingly great experience I had at this hotel. Five stars in every single aspect. The entire staff is top notch and extremely helpful. This place is clean, and I mean really clean. The rooms are well maintained, and the cleaning staff is amazing. They actually wash ALL the linens including the comforters and even the shower curtains. Kudos to our maid, Mendoza, for her thorough work and great attitude! The breakfast is very good with lots of options to accommodate any taste. Twice I watched the front desk clerk, TK, help an older gentleman go through the breakfast buffet and make him a plate. Heartwarming. Bonnie, on the front desk at night, was so helpful and nice. I even overheard a morning staff meeting where the GM, Mr. Octavia Jennings, was praising his staff for their good work. I think he may have cheered. What an amazing team. The rooms are spacious with nice full size Dove amenities in the bathroom, a decent sized mini fridge, microwave, Keurig with pods, and a mini safe. I cannot recommend highly enough after our 5 night stay.

Good weight room with mats. Great staff who were always friendly and helpful.

The pool was a tad warm. Would have loved it as a jacuzzi. There also was a fire alarm in middle of the night.
