Location was perfect! Covered parking garage spcific to the hotel. Staff was friendly and checkin/out was easy and quick. Room was spacious and clean! Breakfast was included. Plenty of towels and the shower was nice and clean! The bathroom light was automatic and bright. Appears the hotel was renovated and had some additional work going on near the parking garage- hopefully making more improvements 😊 . Easily identified from the street and the bedding was overall comfortable, clean and temperature was comfortable upon entry.

Parking fees were daily and seemed excessive. TV picture was oddly dark- no one could adjust it. It would be nice to have more space at the front of the hotel for check in. The drive up to drop bags off was small and got full very quickly/easily, after only about two cars. No safe inside of the room. Elevators were very slow. It would be great to have a connected structure (instead of two separate ones) for the hotel entrance and the parking garage.

Everything in downtown Decatur at an easy walking distance. Nicely appointed rooms, very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable and large beds. Would definitely return!

Great hotel, but prices are a bit steep. Still liked the hotel enough to book for one more night, on the end of our trip. This time, we ended up with a room without any view, as the roof of the back-entrance was obstructing our window - somehow this still came at the same price! Were not happy with all the plastic and non recyclable items at breakfast. Only one garbage can, so even recyclable waste couldn't be separated during our stay.

I appreciate the location—near shopping and restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient. The mattress was a little spongy or soft and may need replacing. Room in general was above average. I recommend the Hampton Inn in Downtown Decatur GA.

Mattress should be inspected for possible replacement. Also, breakfast items such as eggs and meats should be warm even towards the 10 AM “closing time.”

Staff are consistently welcoming, friendly and professional from check in to check out. This is our second stay to visit our son in college. It has become our “go to”. We look forward to returning.

A) On one of the days, our room was not made up by 5:30 pm which was no longer useful so we simply requested clean towels. A very minor disappointment but no real problem. B) concrete island near entrance to parking is difficult to see, particularly for shorter drivers. We scraped our tires. Perhaps a stick or some other indicator of the location of the island would help avert this.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Shawn and the other manager were great. The breakfast was very tasty with an abundance of choices. It's in a convenient location in downtown Decatur

Everything was great but it did take almost an hour to find my reservation. The system also had a problem processing my card. I had to call American Express and have them verify that I have more than enough credit to stay in the hotel. The problem got resolved but I was very tired so it just was a bit much that I had to go through that before checking in.

Very clean and great location. Staff were exceptional. The digital key was great except a bit cumbersome to share with others. I loved the fact it opened the garage and we could park and go straight to our room.

Breakfast ok, location for my purpose was excellent, clean room and esp bathroom.

staff could be more pleasant, and more knowledgeable , they were not rude but just brief also bed linens were so wrinkly, it looked like they were not changed, it could use to go thru ironing machine to make it crisp and fresh. The price went up a lot

Everything was great. This was a quick overnight trip for a concert that was in town.

We arrived a tad early to the hotel and was not really familiar with the area. I was hopeful that I may be able to go and set my things down and maybe explore the area until it was time to go to the concert. Instead, I was told I would be charged an additional $75 to do an early check-in. I am confident is it like that everywhere these days, but it was disappointing in these circumstances.

Breakfast was really good. Room was nice, bathroom was very nice. Corner room was a good location.

I originally booked room 633 online. Digital room key was provided thru the app. When I got to the room, someone was already in there, noticed at that time my room key was shown to be 433. Not a huge deal but a little awkward trying to enter an occupied room.

The location was perfect and in walking distance to my destination every.day. I was hoping for healthier breakfast because of my diabetes and other health concerns, but I think it provided good choices for individuals who do not have those same concerns.
