Good safe location, very spacious room and staff very friendly and accommodating. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and the beds were comfortable.

When I booked, it said breakfast was included, but I was disappointed that it turned out to be "grab and go" and the only choices were limited cereals, breakfast bars and pastries, which were not that great.

Location, value, staff, cleanliness, large comfy room, and parking far exceeded our expectations

We both have mobility issues and were there for medical issues. it was a little challenging to get up the one flight of stairs, i didn't realize until arrival that there was no elevator (my fault) and should have requested a ground floor earlier.

The location and free parking. The amenities were not many, but the ones that are were great. The continental breakfast variety was good. The area was very clean, the coffee was hot, and there was lots of cream, sugar, etc. The windows in the sitting room caught my attention because they were so clean, all of them. So sitting drinking coffee in the area was very nice. The pool was clean but closed. The pool is outside, and it rained daily. The staff was ready to help in any capacity and did so with a pleasant smile and, very quickly. Towels clean, not so many free toiletries, but everything needed was there. Refrigerator, microwave, ice bucket, cups , coffee pot, and all the things needed to make coffee. Bring your bottle water. Vending machines are available in a couple of places. Grounds are clean and decorated with large pots , tables, chairs, and benches you could sit in without getting anything on your clothing. Always someone at the office if you needed anything. Would use it again.

The only thing was the smell of the actual room. Not dirty, just an old musty smell. I went to Walmart and got lysol spray and a solid air freshener and that did the trick. Also each bathroom needs grab bars for anyone who takes a bath or shower. The closet where the fridge and microwave are located needs to have a light inside.

The staff was awesome. Very accommodating with my special needs son and knowledge of area.

The pool was not open yet and my grandsons were bummed about that because that's why they came with us to my sons medical appointment. Do wish breakfast was done at 1030 instead of 9. Would help on days we didn't have to get up and out early. But most hotels cater to business on that respect than families I feel.

It is always a pleasure to stay here! The staff are always very friendly, welcoming, caring, and compassionate. I’m here due to medical reasons and it is conveniently located close to both of the facilities I have appointments in. This is always my go to when I have to be in town.

The location could not have been better. I will most likely stay there again, but maybe see if they have a handicap room available.

The only problem was the toilet bowl. It filled to within a couple inches of the top rim. Any male that sat on it had his scrotum dangling in the water he was pooping in. Very unnerving and very unsanitary.

Location near Emory University was absolutely perfect. The room was quite spacious. The shower was toasty was good water pressure.

The room is a bit aged but still felt liek good value considering the size and prefect location near the Emory Village.

Super friendly staff. Large rooms, free parking. Easy walk to Emory University Hospital while my mom was getting treatment.

Coffee was good. Nothing with protein offered with the free breakfast.

Love the location. If you are visiting Emory university, or CDC, then this is a very good choice for accommodation. Small restaurants, good coffee places are in a walkable distance.

Cleanliness could be a tad bit better (the room could've used a good vacuuming), but overall cleanliness was good.
