The cleanliness, moderness, and quietness.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Our stay was only for two nights for a quick weekend trip to visit family, but I was very pleased with the accommodations and price. Thank you for having the reputation that you do no matter where I go. This trip solidified that I won't stay anywhere other than a Hilton no matter where I go.

Staff was very friendly. The beds. Were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I stayed in room 129. The people above us both Friday and Saturday night ran around and made enough noise to wake us up and keep us up for about an hour around midnight. I requested a high floor and was put on the first floor.

I was only there for 4 nights. I never need housekeeping and I always put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. the second day, while I was out, they came into my room and cleaned it despite my DND Sign. on the third day, I was still in the room and they knocked and said “housekeeping”. I said I do not need any housekeeping today. I do so appreciate how hard housekeeping works and I am grateful the hotel is able to get staff for their housekeeping department, but they are not suppose to enter or knock when the DND sign is on the door. I do not want anyone to lose their job but staff needs to be reminded that they do not knock or enter a room with that sign on the door.

It was very very clean. Their employees are very friendly. All in all it’s a beautiful place. We will be back. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you

The are was great walking distance to restaurant

Very clean facility..Breakfast was plentiful. Hot coffee, and tea available 24/7. Very comfortable stay

I was pleased during my stay. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement.

The management staff, Michelle, in particular, was fantastic!! Michelle made us feel as though we were actually at home. I am looking forward to my next stay! Thank you soo much Michelle!!

Absolutely nothing

Loved the way the room was set up…

Busy part of town, traffic was horrible… Obviously not the hotels fault at all and better for their business.

For a one night stay, the room was more than spacious enough as a solo traveler. The bed was super comfy, had no issues falling right to sleep and sleeping in a little. Appreciated the blinds that blocked almost all outside light. Lots of shopping nearby if you forgot something.

The bathroom sink in my room (421) took a while to come out hot.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice.

We were located by the back door, and the customers leaving the facility between 4am and 5am made certain they became our alarm clocks. Wham! Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the human alarm clocks. :)

The customer service was excellent from the time I walked into Home2 Suites. The rooms were clean, and the bed was wonderful. I slept like a baby. If I am ever in this area again, I will for sure stay here.

I would like meat options at breakfast.
