I and my daughter were coming in for my son's wedding, I was concerned about my daughter's medical condition and staying in any hotel however I called the hotel ahead and shared my concerns with James and James went way above to ensure our stay was worry-free. He helped with our luggage,brought us linen himself he made sure our key card worked. The room was exceptionally clean we felt safe and our stay was awesome. Breakfast was great. Big huge thank you to James, I appreciate you so much.

The breakfast was great, and the AC was nice and cold which I liked.

My door to the room was missing a screw and the front fell out and I could not close the door. But I was able to temp fix it and told the front desk.

There was a very good location for our event in Alpharetta. It was very clean comfortable. Coffee and breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it. It was a good value. 

The air conditioner was noisy, I didn’t think it was necessary to charge for parking. It gives you the feeling that they’re nickel and diming you. 

Super friendly staff, Large room with private bedrooms, Key access, Convenient location.

Pool was closed for maintenance, but things happen, its okay.

Haley Beard and Cliff were fantastic and I am extremely grateful to have met both of them. They went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasant one. Traveling for work can sometimes be an experience in which is challenging so having smiling faces and kindness is welcome always! I will be coming back!

The room was clean and comfortable, parking was adequate.

Avability of clothing carts. I had to search through both buildings to find a small cart.

It was awesome it wasn't really anything about the hotel that I didn't like.Me and my family really had a ball and really enjoyed ourselves.

Loved the location, quiet and peaceful. I liked how no one could enter the buildings without a key card, made it feel more safe.
