Everything was perfect, know matter what time I got up I could get hot coffee, the gentleman working night shift ( you couldn’t ask for a more pleasant person to talk to) always looked forward talking to him,

The last morning there, which a Monday morning, the lady behind the counter wasn’t as nice, you could tell she didn’t want to be there, there wasn’t any coffee and when I asked she snapped at me reminding me breakfast wasn’t till 6:30. If you had more employees like that I wouldn’t be staying there.

The breakfast staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk check-in experience was easy and efficient. The staff was friendly and fast. There was ample parking without extra charge. The room was clean. I liked the toiletries which were provided in the bathroom. The beds were inviting and comfortable. I really appreciate having the microwave and mini-refrigerator in the room. Overall, excellent accommodations.

The breakfast area was a bit small. The food choices were regular, nothing extraordinary. I took a muffin and a yogurt from the breakfast bar. The muffin was too dry to eat.

The fresh smell of the room was exhilarating when I entered. The bed was soft and comfortable, pillows were fluffy, and the towels were bright and soft. The hotel was easy to find and there was easy access to the elevators from a side entrance in the parking lot. The staff were considerate and helpful when asked.

There was nothing I didn't like about the room.

Floor was super slippery when entering the hotel and guest room. It was raining out but seems like the floors may have had something similar to a mop and glo that left a slippery film. It was unexpected and definitely not the norm.

The staff was very friendly, especially the night front desk clerk. She would call you by your name, ask if there was anything we need. I would highly recommend staying at this location. It's across from the large mall and great restaurant options.

The hotel manager was really kind and she's full of warm hospitality. I bet her cosideration and warm heart made many costomers happy from the morning. The room was so comfortable and clean. Best location. I definitely will be back! Other workers are also very kind and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Close to everything. It was clean and beds were comfy.

I enjoyed our stay . They could put in hardwood floors in the rooms to make it seem more up to date and modern but that’s not a necessity.

I loved the location and the amenities. The staff was professional and friendly!

The beds could have been a little softer other than that. I have no complaints ☺️

one thing I was upset about and had to leave out, I understand the hotel allow pets but they should not be in the area were guests are eating and preparing their food.
