The only thing I was disappointed in was the swimming pool was dirty and there were spiders and stuff floating on top so my grandkids when I pick them up, didn’t wanna get in the pool because they had stuff all over it. That is the first time I’ve ever come there in the pool was dirty.

The property was in a good location close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. It was also close to the interstate and the venue of which we were attending for our daughters dance competition.

The only disappointment was the pool was closed down for renovations and that was a big bummer for her.

Friendly, helpful staff. They were quick to respond to my need: offered me a new room and fixed a minor repair immediately, helped me during a brief area wide power outage, and gladly gave me a late check out.

The receptionist downstairs did not answer the phone when I called about the TV remote not working. I took the remote downstairs and she put new batteries in which worked.

Location

Staying over for a work conference to be closer to location and had 3 people arriving at different times. Let first 2 check in no problem but wouldn't let the 3rd person who arrived after midnight. So she had to sleep in her car after driving for hours. The desk didn't attempt to call the room already checked in or let her come up to the room to obtain the key to her room. Was told she couldn't go up despite having the reservation confirmation code and pin and desk was aware of a third party coming.

The double Queen suites are amazing! It's huge and beautiful 🤩. The beds are so comfortable even the pull out bed was soft.

No extra pillows in room 504 for the pull out bed 🛏️. Everything else was amazing.

The room was incredibly spacious. One of the best layouts of a hotel room I have ever been in. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel. We were impressed.

The facility was clean and the check-in staff (Robin) was hospitable.

At check in Robin asked how I wished to make my payment. I provided her My BOA credit Card as I didn't wish to utilize my Discover Card (the card I made the reservation on). My reason for mentioning this? What if I didn't have sufficient funds to cover the cost. I realized this when I received the alert on my phone. Otherwise, the service was good. Just remind the staff to pay attention. Thank you 🌷

The toilet hasn’t been cleaned properly. Plastic cutlery and disposable plates at breakfast.

We found what appeared to be pet hair in our sheets. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but rooms that have pets need to be cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom ceiling had mold because the fan was not working well. Needs to be maintained and cleaned.
