The property was clean and staff excellent. Property not heavily booked Memorial Day weekend which made our stay a quiet enjoyable stay. Paid extra for a room with a view and was put on the first floor with not a great view. Once asking for a room on a higher floor the front desk representative Nancy immediately accommodated us. The hotel being on the property with Chateau Elan was great and in walking distance so we were able to dine at the restaurants there. Thus preventing us from driving around to find restaurants of high quality. Overall a great stay.

The location of the hotel relative to The Chateau is super convenient. I was told about a shuttle that could be utilized to get to The Chateau, however I never really used it. The facilities were spotless, the suite I stayed in was the best size AND the view from the room was gorgeous.

The bed was a little hard the first night, and housekeeping could be a bit loud in the mornings attending to neighboring rooms, but honestly these were dismissible issues.

We had a wonderful stay and loved that it’s on the same property as Chateau Elan. We could easily walk to the tasting room and restaurants there. The view from our room was beautiful. We loved the hammocks and the pool surrounded by the vineyards.

Everything was clean except there was a questionable red stain on the wall behind the toilet. We also were disappointed that we didn’t have access to some of the amenities in the Chateau Elan resort even though we were on the same property.

Clean, everything works, nice breakfast with plenty of time to go early or later, well stocked, very friendly staff :), easily available shampoos/lotions/soaps.

The bathroom was way too dimly lit to do makeup properly and the rolling barn door is bulky and a little loud.

Location!! This Hampton was so clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. There's wine available for purchase if you can't make it to the winery. The winery itself is Beautiful. I stayed here because it was beautiful and safe. We drove to Atlanta for the Imagine Dragons concert and I was looking for a safe place to stay afterwards. I worked at a Hampton Inn as a night auditor, so I'm familiar with their great Customer Quality!!

Their breakfast looked nice except for their eggs. They looked watery. Everything else was perfect.

This hotel was fine in most respects.

No significant complaints. The window A/C unit wasn't extremely quiet, but it was better than most of that kind.

Breakfast bar was well stocked. Enjoyed the closeness to Chateau Elan and all its amenities. The bonus was the hotel shuttle to Chateau and its restaurants.

I love everything about it. As a female traveling alone, I felt extremely safe!! The attention to detail was wonderful, all the way down to the shuttle driver

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable.

Great location to the wedding we were attending - clean and grounds were well kept. Breakfast was nice bonus.

A/C unit was very noisy - rattled. And can’t sleep well with noise kicking on and off.
