The staff all were very nice. I was so tired when I was trying to book my night through booking.com and scheduled the wrong night. But when I got to the hotel JP was very helpful and changed it for me so we could stay. He also was very nice and helpful with the questions I asked. The next morning the lady that checked me out was so sweet. I don't think there was one staff member I ran into that didn't smile at me and say hey. The beds were very comfortable!

The only down fall is the price was a little more then what I was told. It was like a dollar or something off. But thats the only complaint and also wish it wasn't so pricey

Property was in a good location with a good amount of parking. My room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The property is clearly undergoing an update. Common areas have had a facelift and look nice but rooms are dated and need work. Shower heads are low so even at 5'11", I'm having to duck under it or angle it to I'm getting blasted in the face. The breakfast was terrible--there was very little available and did not look appetizing at all.

It was very close for the place I was visiting and very easy to find great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly check in and check out was easy as well

The only thing was the ice machine on the floor I was staying on was out of order and wished the restaurant was still there

Morning breakfast was worst. Would have been better if they didn’t offer any at all. Bananas rotted, no butter for toast, sausage looked and tasted awful, counters dirty, and staff member sat in dining room and when asked any questions stated they don’t know English. Awful. Really should have taken pictures. It was that bad of experience to start day off.

The first room had bad smell, then theygave us an another room. The toilet mad loud noise, beds were not comfortable at all, as far as the breakfast the biscuits were hard.

It was locally convenient close to several stores and to downtown.

We had issues with the elevator and no cleaning of the room or exchange of towels.

I love the location and feel safe. The staffing are so friendly. I love the room. Super clean and feels safe to lay down the bed

the staff were really helpful and friendly! they helped me with all my questions and concerns! the hotel rooms were really clean as well! That’s all I really could ask for in a hotel lol 😎 it’s my second time going there so yeah! pretty great!

They let me walk around naked. Lol just kidding I liked everything everyone was kind. People stare a lot now. They didn’t stare as much lol. PS I just started using LOL. Lol

The weather. But I don’t think the staff can control that. Lol I’m not taking pictures of my room like it wants at the bottom of this thing. That’s invasive you should be ashamed. Lol you will not see what shampoo and conditioner that I use.

Clean spacious room, great location and a wonderful Cantina off the lobby. Authentic Mexican food. Great rates. Will definitely stay there again
