Location and availability of breakfast in the morning

I believe my credit card number may have been stolen while I was at the property by one of the front desk employees. I also didn’t like the fact that there is no elevator at this hotel, so we had to use stairs to get to and from our room on the 2nd floor.

The breakfast bar was excellent, even had HONEY available, which not many hotels provide..bonus points for the honey.

We understood they were in the renovation process, however, our suite was still waiting on the new mattress to complete the interior.

The staff was amazing -very friendly and welcoming - and by far the best we have had in a long time! They were a wonderful source of information from a local point of view for things to do and see while we were in the area. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was on 24/7. That was a plus for me! Our room/bathroom was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the TV/remote the first day, but they quickly fixed it. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

No complaints with our stay.

Coffee. 9:00 am breakfast cut off. Staff was accommodating to my late arrival for next morning breakfast. I arrived midnight for check in so slept late.

We've stayed at all 3 motels there, Quality Inn was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained; check-in simple and fast.

Breakfast is just meh. An espresso machine would be a terrific addition.

Breakfast was great and there were a lot of options. The staff was awesome there and took great care of us.

The rooms weren't the cleanest. Definitely taken care of but they need a deeper clean then just a refresh between guests.
