Super clean. Easy check in even for it being late at night. The staff was helpful. Landscaping was done beautifully. A lot of Japanese Maples on the property 😍 Husband enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of options for everyone.

Thays a very nice hotel I have stayed numerous times. And it's a great staff. These people could have charged me 186.00 for my booking. I unfortunately woke up super sick Saturday and couldn't make my trip. I emailed them explaining that I was really sorry , that I had came down with a stomach virus before I was supposed to go . These folks didn't charge me the fee. Not even a cancelation fee. I assure you, if I had been anywhere else. I would have had to pay I have alot of respect for this hotel. And I will be staying there EVERY time I travel to dawsonville now. Amazing management and crew as I have indicated above. This hotel is always amazingly clean, and they go put of their way to make the guess feel at home. And they actually care about people and their health. And the fact that they care about your health over a dollar speaks volumes.

There isn't anything I don't like. This is an awesome hotel. And I couldn't be happier

We had a large family there for a wedding and the entire staff was friendly and helpful in putting up with our loud craziness. I did not hear one complaint from anyone. We felt welcome from the time of check in until we left.

The breakfast in the morning was so good! Lots of choices to pick from! The bedding was comfortable and I really loved the full size shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The hair dryer actually was a good one and could dry hair!

The only thing I didn’t like was they kept it VERY hot in the hallways and lobby. When you get breakfast it was also very hot. I heard a housekeeper say they kept it at 78 degrees. :(

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We were on the 3rd floor and some loud people above us.

The location was perfect for where I was working.

The shower needs maintenance, it leaks all over the floor and I have to clean the floor after every shower.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff were welcoming and professional. Hotel was what I expect at a Holiday Inn Express - good room, good breakfast - consistent.

The breakfast was fantastic! Not just your typical free continental with coffee and doughnuts, but anything and everything you could want in a breakfast. Far exceeded my expectations.

There wasn't a single negative with our stay at this hotel.

Convenient location for shopping, dining, and close to Dahlonega. Very nice hotel and we really appreciated the wonderful breakfast every morning!
