Very good value if you’re looking for something budget friendly in the area. Others were at least $60 more. The check in staff was nice and let us check out a little later than 11:00 The location is convenient to restaurants in the area Everything seemed clean

When you drive up, you def get some sketchy vibes. It’s an older hotel/motel but has some updates in the room (tiled shower) and it was clean But yeah, the outside kind of makes you second think your booking - but we didn’t have any problems with our stay and even sat outside on the chairs and relaxed and felt safe. It also seems like this is used for extended stay purposes

Staff was horrible. I checked in at 2pm. Rude girl I checked in with. I asked for ground floor, as I am 62 w health issues, she offered queen bed room, I declined, as I paid for king room. Ended up still on 2nd floor. Checking out at 7am 10/22. Another cold rude girl. I handed in my pass key, and her response was ok. No 'how was your stay', or 'thank you for staying with us'. Or 'have a good day'. Nothing , just okay. Staff needs to treat customers alot nicer, and how about being friendly?

Very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. All employees I encountered were extremely friendly. We had a view of the pool which looked really nice. The welcome mats at each doorway are a nice touch. I really liked the separate seating/living room area. Pretty sure the couch pulls out into a bed.

The water pressure was pretty weak but got good and hot. Something that is out of the motel's control but should be noted: be very careful when pulling out onto the main road!! Where you pull out is in a curve on a busy road and you can't see past it. Again, not the property's fault.

The bed and room were comfortable and we were next to the pool which was super convient! The lady who checked us in at night was super sweet.

The room had an oil smelly that over powered the space and burnt my eyes a little (we moved that thing to the bathroom). The breakfast ended at 9am sharp, the lady behind the counter wouldn't even make us an esspresso a little after 9am she just pointed me to the extremely water down coffee which was annoying but not the end of the world, she just could have been nicer about it.

I had a wonderful stay at The Guest Lodge! The room was spotless—huge thanks to Carmen, the housekeeper, for keeping everything so clean and fresh. Marisol at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they care about their guests. I’ll definitely be back!

Nothing. Everything was great. The outside was cute. So much detail. The staff was amazing, very warm and helpful. The Room was clean and comfy—many outlets and not your typical small fridge. I was highly impressed with our stay.

The location was convenient to our work location. The property was nicely laid out and the pool area was attractively situated to the rooms and outdoor seating area.

One of our rooms had a dehumidifier besides the air conditioner that had an alarm on it when the water reservoir was full. No one explained what it was or how to care for it. We just figured how to do it on our own. We would have appreciated some operating notice.

Breakfast was good. The person checking in was also serving breakfast, which could be difficult during a busy check in time.

Birth days, the maintenance workers were working on the lights over the check in counter and tools were spread all over the counter, leaving no room for customers. I would recommend doing lengthy repairs in the evening when less customers are checking in and no food is being served.

The Coffee Pot was Dirty from the Previous Customers Stay!!! For Some Reason , We Did Not Get to Include a Discount From AARP or Even AAA When I Booked It !!! The Registration Said You Do It On Line But There Was No Discount Applications Available !!! When They Could of Applied the Discount When WE Arrived to Help Accommodate Us !!!

We love the location. The young lady I believe owns the place is very nice and very friendly. Units appear to be clean, not spotless but clean. We will stay again.

While looking for an outlet behind the bed, there were some dead roaches. In the bathroom, there was a live spider and small roach. The staff were very loud outside our door at 0815.

We like the location as we travel to Gainesville often for softball. Clean rooms, ok breakfast, friendly staff.

Well Saturday night, the pool crowd was rowdy and noisy past 10pm. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer to complain as we needed to up early for a softball game. I do not think he every came out they just finally left the pool around 11 pm.
