It was nice but for $200.00 a night I wouldn't put bottles of water in the room with a not that says if you drink this water it's $1. And charging $14.00 for breakfast was a little much for me. It's $200 a night to stay the least you could do is provide your guest with water and breakfast. But the room was nice and clean and the employees were very nice.

A lovely hotel with traditional rooms. The most outstanding thing about this particular hotel (and I travel constantly) is the exceptional housekeeping staff and the service they provide. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay over the course of 9 days and each and every room was extraordinarily clean. Also, when we changed rooms and left two items in the previous room, the staff was kind enough to put those items in our room while we were out for the day with a note describing where they were found) Service like this is hard to find these days. It is one of the reasons we chose to extend our stay at this particular hotel over another hotel that had a somewhat better location and larger rooms. This hotel is timeless, clean, comfortable, and is one of the examples of why “Hilton” is synonymous with classic comfort and a sort of gold standard in the hospitality industry.

It is sort of pricey. As with many properties, the prices skyrocket on the weekends and then become more reasonable during the week. We stayed for over a week and feel that perhaps some sort of discount should be offered in that scenario. Not many people stay in hotels at this price point for more than a few nights. But it is worth it, the location, the staff, the incredible breakfast every morning, the pool is phenomenal, etc. Also, there are laundry facilities there which is incredibly rare these days. I’m a bit OCD about my clothes being clean so I was delighted to see that there was actually a laundry room. Also I was traveling with my large fluffy dog and he was very comfortable there, the hotel was very accommodating.

The lobby was furnished comfortably. The snacks available were nice to have. We enjoyed the lobby bar.

It wasn’t very clean. Our room’s bathroom had a splat of green liquid on the floor when we arrived. The bathrooms off the lobby were really dirty with overflowing trash cans, one sink didn’t have soap.

It was clean, had a very nice lobby, great staff, a wonderful pool, and a hot breakfast for an up charge.

Had to ask staff to unlock the pool after 8 PM because our key cards didn’t work for it. App didn’t allow us to unlock the door like we were told it would and support never got back to us.

Charged for breakfast to include coffee. Only hotel ive ever stayed in that didnt offer free coffee. Layout was a bit unusual as the front desk is not directly inside the doors and elevators are tucked towards the back of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the breakfast. I don't think it was worth purchasing

I didn’t like that we had to pay for breakfast. It should be be free continental breakfast like other Hotels. If I would have known that I was going to have to pay for breakfast I would’ve went to another hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful. The location is good but very busy.

No green space at all, I feel like at this price point all hotels should offer a garden/tree canopy/green space experience. It’s a little industrial when there’s nothing but parking lots and cement.

Excellent, lots of choices…

The beds could’ve been more comfortable. We stayed in a king room for 3 nights and then a double queen room for the remainder of our near two week stay. I found the beds to be slightly dated, and not enough pillows.
