The hotel itself & my room were both very clean, and the bed was so comfy and cozy. It may be a small thing to some, but the hairdryer in the bathroom had great speed and heat (other hotels don't always have a good hairdryer). I am disabled & the staff made sure I had accommodations close to the elevator to make it easier. The coffee bar was great, although more creamer options would have been nice. Staff was friendly, and the young lady who was coming to clean the room when we left was so kind & gave me a few extra minutes to get ready for checkout. The continental breakfast was good & the homeade 'on demand' pancakes were excellent! Overall I had a lovely stay, & I would highly recommend it!

The checkout could have been a little later & even 30 minutes would have been very helpful, but I also was not pushed to be held to the exact checkout time by staff. The coffee bar could have had more flavored creamer options.

The 24 hr coffee bar. The breakfast had a little something for everyone, I thought. The housekeepers are great at their jobs. And also the dove products in the bathroom. And having room for our family of five. The facility is located in a great spot to walk to eat and some shopping.

Good location, clean, and friendly staff. Our rooms were ready and could check-in early. The hotel had plenty of luggage carts. The rooms were typical with a refrigerator, microwave, and a Kurig for coffee. It was quite in the hotel. Nice outside sitting area near pool. Breakfast was good and had a great variety to selection from.

The beds were too high off the ground. It was hard to get on the bed, however the beds were very comfortable. At checkout I had to plea with the hotel staff to give me a receipt. Finally, the staff member printed a blank invoice and signed it paid in full. I have never stayed at a hotel were you couldn't get a receipt. Not sure I would go back, because of their poor policy regarding this issue. Anyone paying this much money, should always have the opportunity to receive a receipt from their establishment.

Breakfast was hot and ready every morning with good amount of options. The area for eating was comfortable and had enough seats to accommodate the amount of people eating.

I'm not a picky guy so I have no complaints.

I had something go missing that was expensive but didn’t notice it was gone until a couple weeks after when I unpacked. after looking all over my house for it I remember where I last had it and it was at this hotel. messaged the property abd someone got back with me with a very short and what I felt was a rude reply. There’s nothing that I can do but learn from this and move on. still a good hotel

The room was spacious, and the facilities (bed, restroom, etc.) are very comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable, and the staff respects COVID guidelines and recommendations. Location was good with several restaurants and scenic places nearby.

Sounds coming from other rooms can be heard. During our first night, we didn't sleep very well because we could hear people talking from a nearby room until after 3 am.

Nice shower, comfortable bed. Quiet room. Great breakfast.

Would not recommend the Booking.com site as the hotel didn’t have record of our reservation. The website also charged us for breakfast even though it was free for all guests.

Everything was clean, staff was very nice and helpful, the area was a good place to be around, and they were very patient with my siblings and me.
