Front desk staff...very friendly... When out of their way to help. Even adding a shower bench to a bathroom for my friend. My only suggestions.... all rooms should have grab bars in bathroom.... all rooms could use the higher commodes. We are all getting older, suffering with knee replacements, etc...which make using short commodes unsafe, uncomfortable. Breakfast was prepared and presented nicely, plenty of it. Staff was friendly and helpful at breakfast. Loved coffee available at any time. Would come back. I also brought along my own tub mat for inside tub to prevent slipping. Everything appeared freshly painted ...even tho this blding appeared older it was very nicely decorated and clean. Need a new toliet paper holder in rm 122...it was not staying together. I think the safety feature costs, ie. more grab bars, etc for outweigh costs of a lawsuit if people fall in bathrooms.. this goes for all the Comfort Inn properties. It was great visit.

Maybe provide more handicap rooms per each comfort inn. Consider adding walk in showers.

The hotel was older but very comfortable and clean. The employees were all very nice and helpful. The room next to us was full of young kids and apparently no adults, they were very loud from about 10:30p - 12 at which time we did call the front desk and the employee notified them. The next morning, we requested to change rooms and was quickly accommodated. The breakfast was good as well.

The walls between rooms seemed to be thin.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast included was great and the staff were always so nice. The location is a bit away from downtown but we would stay there again over a hotel we switched to that was right in town. Beds were very comfortable!

The elevator wasn't working on the last day so we had to bring our luggage down there stairway from the third floor. It wasn't ideal but the front desk called to let us know in advance so it wasn't a surprise to us. They even offered to get our luggage and bring it down for us.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites, Dahlonega was very enjoyable. It's very well located for the lovely town of Dahlonega and other nearby shops and restaurants. It is also close to many attractions that are well worth exploring.

The breakfast was good. However, I would have enjoyed more fruit and non dairy options as well as more whole grains cereals, nuts & seeds.

Colleen and Lee at the front desk are phenomenal ! The entire property is squeaky clean. I have been many times and it always feels like coming home. My husband is disabled and they always take great care of us. I’m short and I like that the beds are not too tall to get in. Very comfortable. Great pillows. Bathroom was clean. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Decent enough roadside hotel outside the main little town of Dahlonega. Its not new, but also not old or anything, so you're fine staying here.

Breakfast - I know its the South, but not everyone can survive on biscuits & gravy and waffles and super sugared cereals. The world really has moved on, so consider plain oatmeal, healthier bagels, fruit (OMG, a natural food!) in your meal preparations.

The best part about the hotel was that they had a wonderful pool and many different options for free breakfast. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and it was nice to have an actual bath tub to bathe her in. The staff was always nice and very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

The tub did need a little extra TLC with some mildew spots but it was mostly clean which was nice. There were plenty of lamps but it would have been nice to have a light in the middle of the ceiling cause even with all the lamps on and the window open it was still not as light as we are used to.

staff were EXCEPTIONAL, breakfast was wonderful and everything was clean. The only tiny thing that was "wrong" is that the breakfast area is very very cramped. Other than that, everything was perfect...location, staff, cleanliness, pool, food, all of it!

Breakfast was fine. Bacon could have been cooked more, was limp. Everything was kept well-stocked and area was neat and clean. Attendants were friendly and helpful. All front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

An additional towel rack for towels would have been helpful. Only towel rack was a small one over counter in bathroom. There were no ports in room for charging devices, which would have been helpful.
