extremely clean. They have gotten 100% score on internal cleaning and 95% outside. while the back side of the building definitely shows it's age, it was very clean. Looks like all the walks are swept daily and no trash at all in the parking lot. The room was very comfortable and very quiet. The owner and his wife are on the property most of the time. They have 24 maintenance staff should something some up. Not a fancy place, but very convenient location (after I found it). Only 0.6 miles to downtown public square. I would stay here again.

The linen, while very clean, was a bit worn. The bedspread was definitely new.

No longer serving breakfast. Owners kept parking right in front of rooms so during the downpours we had for 2 days we had to park on the other side of the parking lot and run to the rooms with our hands full of things. The carpet smelled very musty. Needs to be changed.

This was as good as the Best Western im staying in at this time at 2/3 the cost. Great location and met my satisfaction.

Someone had used the room to wash their feet and they knocked the dirt off their shoes. Someone had access to the room before we got there. Other than that, I would stay here anytime I in the area.

Breakfast as advertised

Front desk was very pleasant and joyful. Big smiles. We even got our favorite room number 222. Fresh towels every day. The landscape had more flowers then we had seen all week during our hikes. Lovely place

Even though it was a non-smoking room, it still had a smell of smoke from years past. But it was not unbearable.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The AC was working extremely well. I like the room cold when I sleep. The mattress was very comfortable. Mr. Patel was very friendly when I arrived to check in. My son really enjoyed it because he loves McDonalds and was able to use his points.

There was only one packet of coffee in the room. Should be more for an evening coffee, then for early morning.

I feel like the room could’ve been a little nicer and cleaner. The very obvious parts on the wall where furniture was moved but then not painted behind it. Our TV in the room was outdated, most channels didn’t work and/or didn’t match up with the tv guide given to you in your room. Needs bigger packages of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Maybe 2 packages of soap for the room, 1 for body and 1 for hands in the sink. It would be much nicer with things such as that.

This property and room was more than we expected. From the time of check in, to us needed extra chairs for playing cards, to checking out; it was great and very accommodating. The staff was so so friendly and wanted us to have everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and smelt so good!

Is close to town nice stay

All the kids in a pool with no adult says don't bring food into the pool area.That was people sitting there eating food and playing. Toilet paper left on the roll from someone else.I hate that.
