It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was good.

I booked a 2 queen bed room but when we arrived they said ‘that doesn’t come across with Booking.com’ and tried to give us a single king bed room. That didn’t work as we were traveling with my daughter and her friend. They did find us a different room, but in case this happens to others, be aware. Also, the pool wasn’t open when we arrived, it did open for the weekend.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning service was good and you didn't have to request that it be made up like alot of hotels are doing post-Covid. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and the food was all fresh. The pancakes and biscuits were excellent. I never saw a hotel that offered a To Go bag which we appreciated because we had to leave at 3 am the next day and couldn't partake in the free breakfast so we had a few items to take with us.

The only suggestion I have is that a bath mat or adhesive pads should be placed in the shower to prevent a fall.

Awesome hotel. This is the 3rd time I've rented this hotel for my mom and stepdad. The beautiful black woman with the red braids that checked my parents in and kept the food area immaculate was awesome. She is incredibly nice and a very hard worker. We loved her!! Thanks for caring about your job!!

We always stay here when we visit family. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable & breakfast is very good.

Altho the bathroom looked very clean it did not smell very good, like a smell of urine. This was the only time we experienced this & we’ve stayed there often.

The property is conveniently located near the interstate. Yet, it is just off the beaten path tucked away in a small patch of woods. It was the best of both worlds. A stone’s throw away from the mall, in a small patch of nature’s sound barrier.

I had an early appointment, so I skipped out on some of the amenities. All that to say, I only saw the room and had no complaints.

It's clean and newish and the staff are courteous and friendly.

The only thing I can think of is it takes a while for them to get to your room and clean it but they do a great job cleaning it once they get to you.

They did not show my reservation because booking.com did not forward it to them. Caused a lot of stress and extra hassle during a time when we had gone to GA to deal with a death in the family.

Very clean and modern looking. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Overall good experience especially over thanksgiving holiday.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child age 10. But I cancelled the 1 adult according to your cancelation policy, but I still had to pay the same amount!

First off. The front desk ladies Yolanda and Althena are AMAZING!!!! They are just top of the line and their customer service was above and beyond! Very clean place and SUPER comfortable beds! Highly recommend
