Favorite was cleanliness! That's No. 1 on my priority list. Second was location. 3rd was staff. Upon departure, check out staff was super courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly with a pleasant demeanor and huge smile (great attitude). Check out time of noon was extremely helpful.

The internet wavering in and out left a bit to be desired. Also, storage space in rooms should be expanded. Check in staff upon arrival seemed very, very tense and quite stressed.

Room was very comfortable. TV was a challenge to use but my husband figured it out.

At check in was given room keys. Neither key worked. Had to return to front desk to get another key. Room did not have sofa so had to be relocated to another room. That room door security lock did not work. Decided did not want to go back to front desk for relocate so took a chance.

We enjoyed our stay . It’s always refreshing to have consistency and reliability when choosing Fairfield and Marriott properties that the accommodations will be comfortable and clean.

Distance off the highway

Excellent staff and very clean and comfy room. Great experience and excellent neighborhood to stay as a family in very peaceful environment. Will come back for sure while travelling through Georgia again.

Location and staff

This is a prime area for travel sports programs. Lots of families needing to use laundry facilities and there was one washer and dryer for the entire facility. Disappointing!

Noisy aircon in the room. No tea bags are available, and insufficient creamer and sugar.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.

Found it odd that they were out of milk on Sat morning at 8 am. I asked if there was any more and they said they were all out.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean and quiet, and the location seemed to be safe.
