We like the location. We love the breakfast. The staff is amazing. That it was pet friendly is a big plus. Having a designated pet walking area: even better. The gym was great. That is about it all in a nutshell.

That they cancelled my reservation & charged my card and did not contact me (But the manager was super awesome and took great care of us). That the pool was not heated. The pool hours were too restrictive. Sometimes an early morning cold plunge is a great start. Also that the cleaning schedule was not posted.

Breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast, great location, right next to KSU, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, we had the 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, very roomy beds were comfy. There is a grill and firepit which is nice, however once we finally got the firepit lit it ran out of propane in just a few minutes.

only complaint was that the icemachine is behind the front desk so you have to have someone get ice for you when they're not busy. so be prepared to stand there and wait for ice.

From start it is very clean and smells really good! It looks just like the pictures , breakfast is good taco meat just a little to spicy, customer service receptionist could smile more but overall great stay and clean!

Whom ever cleaned my room 317 during my stay has either stolen/sold/thrown away my George Foreman grill I literally just checked out on 5/23/24 came right back a few hours later it wasn’t placed in lost and found and the front desk did not offer to contact me or compensate I literally left my own info (name/number/room#) and still have yet to hear from them

Well the only negative I experienced is that from some buildings you have to go through the outside to make it to the main lobby and it was raining bad. But the positive was that the front clerk was very friendly and informed. Have us toothbrush and toothpaste we need it. Also a suggestion it was Mother’s Day you guys should have something for the moms

The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were clean and nicely renovated. My only complaint was the comfort level of the sofa bed... the mattress was lumpy, uncomfortable and metal coyld be felt all the way through. Not a comfortable sleep for an 18yr old. The extra bedding didn't fit and extra set of blankets were flimsy and not very warm. Other than that, breakfast was a decent selection and fresh. Location was good for the university campus and plenty of good eating places in the area. Overall a decent place...will take the double beds next time and not opt for the sleeper couch.

The sleeper couch was extremely uncomfortable. Not enough spare linens.

This property exceeded what I was looking for in a reasonably priced temporary between home stay. Loved the kitchen and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Everything just seemed well thought out and like the hotel really cared about the customer. Other hotels say they have breakfast, but it seems obvious that they are trying to keep costs low, i.e. only putting out what was left over from yesterday. Great experience and we will look for this hotel whenever traveling.

Not sure if I was charged, but I noticed a $6 parking fee on the paper given to be placed on the car. Not sure why this would be with cost guests pay for the room.??

The size of the room was great Knowing the building was secure was a comfort Breakfast was good and staff was friendly Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows Kitchen was well equipped

Room couch was saggy and not comfortable, but I never pulled it out into a bed to see if that was comfortable or not. Parking lot was very dim. I arrived at night and since my room wasn't in the main building there really wasn't anyone around when I was unloading. Some parking lights would be nice to extend that feeling of security you have once you enter the buildings.

Staff was great and attentive!! Location is located in walking distance to restaurants and gas station. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outdoor amenities were nice (e.g. pool, outdoor seating, gas grill, basketball)

The parking lot isn't very large compared to the amount of units. Half of the USB ports were broken in our room.

Exceptional king suite! Comfort and luxe in one! The bed was heavenly. Blackout drapes that work and kept the room dark. A/C worked flawlessly. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Great location. Second four night stay and both times a 10 experience!

$6 daily parking fee. Seriously?

Our room and bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and staff were friendly and professional. The room was plenty large for 2 people.

Need more healthy, lower carb options for breakfast.The couch was not comfortable unless I had a pillow behind my back. The mattress for the pullout couch was trash worthy.
