Check-in with male staff member was excellent. Check-out with female staff member, who also handled breakfast service, was professional, friendly and efficient. Breakfast is standard. Owner should consider milk and O.J. need proper refrigeration "at temp". Therefore, Owner should invest in small, counter-top fridge to hold milk and O.J., rather than have them out at "room temp".

As to the milk and O.J. not being refrigerated, the Owner should know proper food standards; and, should be well-aware the Health Department would give a poor rating for this error.

The location was convenient and quiet. The bed was firm but comfortable enough. Staff was very nice. It was clean.

The place was very outdated. The ice machine was not working and the pool was semi covered but had old stagnant water in it and I'm sure that's why there were so many mosquitoes outside. The breakfast was nothing to brag about but it was available. Just pretty much consisted of honey buns, instant oatmeal and eggo waffles.

Every restaurant was within close proximity. Even Publix was right around the corner. The location is the best thing about the hotel!

The entryway is way too steep to get in and out of. The hotel is definitely dated. The chair in the room had stained cushions. The bathroom was ok. Very old shower/tub combo. We had a half used shampoo bottle left on the sink. The nightstand still had cup rings on it. Mini fridge was frozen over. Breakfast is limited to toast, cereal, waffles and packaged honey buns. The door to room 1216 wouldn’t latch properly.

The gentleman at check in asked me where I would prefer to be placed. As an “older” woman traveling alone, I really appreciated that. And I was thrilled that I could WALK to Publix! It was the perfect place for me to stop-location, COST, cleanliness, safety, kindness-so I could avoid Friday rush hour traffic and still be in Atlanta by 9 am Saturday for my granddaughter’s First Communion.

Wish I could have taken a bubble bath, but there was no stopper for the tub. But the shower was great!

We were pleasantly surprised! It was much better than expected. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and polite.

The towels were not thick and fluffy, and the sheets were not very soft. The top blanket was clearly worn. They didn't have Kelloggs Corn Flakes or whole milk.

I just needed a comfortable place to stay for the night with my pup. It did just that.

The blankets did have a stain on it and when I walked into the the space, it did have a smell about it. it quickly went away once I turned on the ac and got tucked into bed.

Staff friendly. Good location, convenient for Acworth and shops. Lovely light, bright breakfast area.

Room was nice. The Gentleman who checked me in was awesome as well.

If you're booking because you like Breakfast included don't. It was just cereal. If they get a better Breakfast it'd be the perfect spot. I'm guessing they just don't have that many people staying to have a decent one.

Cleanliness, not right next to interstate. Slept well not having to listen to interstate traffic. Conveniently located. My husband loved the bed. Will choose this location again.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the front desk clerk was very friendly.

I didn't like the location. It's hard to get out and onto the street. Very congested in the mornings
