Location was excellent according to our needs. Room was comfortable. My other family members also decided to stay at the same hotel as I had picked this location and hotel. Altogether we had 5 rooms booked. We had a great time being together and the breakfast was very good also.

The breakfast was very good but they start rapping up before 10 am. They should start rapping up at 10 am and not before.

Room location on first floor. Quick to the lobby and quick to the outdoor seating area

Pool door would not unlock on our first day there. Evening shift employee was very helpful and did all she could to try and get it open, but was unsuccessful. She assured us it would be ready to go the next day and it was! Kudos to her

Not pleased with price or the condition of the beds pillows

Stayed here previously and room/staff/bed pleasant, this time room stayed extremely hot after turning on the air-conditioning. The staff was rude upon check-in requested rooms next to each other because I booked two rooms at the same time and the beds were not comfortable. The pillows were as then as paper.

It was a very convenient location, very clean.

We were in room 411 and the bathroom GFI wasn’t working so had to dry my hair in the entryway using the closet door mirror. The bathroom also didn’t have any hand soap; the bottle was completely empty.

everything was perfect, the staff was super nice and polite. always trying to make our stay exceptional level. the general manager James was outstanding great leader, coaching the staff to provide exceptional experience for every visitor. the food was excellent, bed super comfortable and location is just right I-75. couldn’t be more perfect for me and my family. good internet connection, I ran my Daily Stand up with my team without any issue from the lobby. even while I was in my meeting the staff was asking me what they can do to help me in anyway. just, an example of the staff commitment with the excellent. this was my first from future recurrent stay in this hotel brand.

everything was perfect, nothing to complain. the heater for the pool was damage but that can happens to anyone.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing! Check in was quick, easy and the staff members were so quick to recommend some great food and shopping to us. Our room was super clean and the bed was extra comfy! We also really enjoyed breakfast AND the complimentary tea/coffee bar. Overall worth every penny for the night especially being only 10 minutes from downtown. We wish we were staying longer and will be coming back!

The road was a little noisy at night but really nothing the hotel or staff could do. It is right off hwy 92!

I was getting to the hotel later than what I expected due to traffic and I was worried I would lose my reservation but I spoke to Bob and he was such a great help and so nice and had great costumer service..

Looking for a parking spot super late was a little hard

We like the breakfast variety and where it is located. The food is good and the person taking care of it does and excellent job of keeping things supplied and warm where needed.

Cannot think of anything we did not like.

Stayed for a class reunion. Location was great. Staff was extremely friendly from check-in to housekeeping to breakfast staff. We always saw someone cleaning something and it showed as the hotel was spotless. My wife left some clothes behind in the closet and we called 2 days later and housekeeping had them held in case we called. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing....just make sure you check the closet if you use it because it uses the sliding pocket door to the bathroom to hide it and we fell victim to this and left some clothes behind.

The location & convenience of being right off the expressway and less than 6 miles for the easy access to Kennesaw & Marietta. I absolutely love the staff and all the people that make up this hotel and the comfort & cleanliness and even the up keep of the Indoor pool. The breakfast is amazing and such southern hospitality to the home cooked breakfast. Would recommend to friends & family and anyone needing a hotel to stay at.
