Location was great, staff at front desk were all very friendly and the facility appeared to be brand new which explains so few reviews. Don’t let that stop you from booking. Everything was clean and inviting.

It seemed like a lot of money was spent on the breakfast area but it isn’t being used to its potential. There was a beautiful grill top that would be great to fry up a hot fresh eggs rather than warm up pre-made food. Several simple necessary items hard to find or missing. Great space.

All staff were excellent. We had several rooms with family and friends in town for a funeral. We could not have asked for better service. Everyone was very helpful. The service that was provided by all staff members was on point through the stay. The Breakfast Chef was amazing we had a large group of people multiple days and he kept breakfast coming on point!

Loved Element! Clean, contemporary, service focused, great food, and excellent staff! Everything you need is provided. A superb, clean. and well equipped gym! We will use this as our number one place to stay.

Beautiful and clean. Exceptional staff. However, we had to change rooms due to the fact we are right below the bar on the fourth floor. The noise was unbearable.

It was a very nice looking hotel the room was very nice and clean and it was right across the street from our place we were visiting

They only had Sugar Free Syrup for the pancakes

Convenient, comfortable beds, refrigerator, tv and a really good breakfast including made to order eggs and delicious pastries.
