It was quite and a very nice building all around

When I first arrived, the receptionist told me I owed more money because the booking company didn’t charge me enough. He was kind enough to try to help me call the booking site I booked through. After maybe 30 mins of waiting and trying to get connected with the booking company which was a fail, I agreed to just pay it upfront and contact the booking company later. The next morning when I was returning the room key, I talked to the morning receptionist on duty and she said the booking company HAD charged me the correct amount and what I paid last night was refunded. So basically I lost 30 mins of my life/time after driving HOURS to stand and go back and forth trying to get an understanding as to why I wasn’t charged the correct amount in the beginning.

The hotel room was great!

The breakfast wasn't great. The staff member was too busy talking to management instead of attending to the breakfast items. Most items were almost empty. Furthermore, there were no knives available to spread cream cheese on our bagels. The attendant said the hotel doesn't supply knives. I watched everyone having breakfast using their spoons or forks to spread cream cheese or even butter. This is ridiculous! Hampton Inns have a much better breakfast than the Home2 Suites!

Only negative was check in . The front desk person had left for a personal emergency. They had someone from a nearby hotel who had come in to help in that persons absence. He was the only person checking ppl in along with help from the general manager who was on speaker phone helping him. The person did well and was very nice but I still am amazed that someone could just desert the front desk without having someone to take over. Very strange.

The room was comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. We loved the modern features, the kitchenette, and that the room was able to sleep 6. Trying to find rooms with enough sleeping space for our family of 6 was a struggle with other places but this hotel fit us all comfortably.

No cons.

Our room was fantastic. It had a rather large refrigerator, very good microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee/tea maker, dishes, dining ware, and cookware. It also had a hairdryer, iron and full size ironing board. There was a desk area with a great desk rolling chair. The amount of places to plug devices in was great. Enjoyed the fact that room had a sofa and there was even a moveable curtain to isolated beds for sleeping. The amount of storage place was great including a nice size closey.And having 3 bedside table made me happy. Finally a safe place for my glasses in easy reach. And the beds were so comfortable. So if you're still reading this you know our room was impressive. And add a breakfast in morning ,a pool available and an outdoor grill ,this is a great place.

Couldn't be helped that our room was so far from elevator. But I think it was worth the walk.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

A little pricy at over $240 per night including taxes. Our room was very clean and comfortable however there must have been a water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom bc there are water stains and a little mold on the ceiling over the vanity.

Breakfast was not bad and location was right off the interstate so that was convenient. The room was very large so that was nice.

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable…no support at all. The shower faucet and dial were both loose and seemed like they were going to fall off the wall.

Nano at the front desk was so helpful and hospitable. She provided exceptional service and put up with our kids. She should have a raise and promotion!!

There was great breakfast but if you could add hot potatoes and scrambled eggs and bacon that would be great. But as far as most breakfast go at most hotels it was a wonderful selection not complaining at all but just thinking of that would be the only thing I didn't like.

Location good breakfast

My wife had to clean all the tile in kitchen and bathroom. Used a roll of paper towels. The room smelted like dirty socks. 2 light bulbs out in kitchen area. The staff offered another room but the floor was equally dirty.

Very nice place. It was close to everything. Not too far from the baseball field. Not much of a view. It was relaxing. Very busy stay. Staff was friendly.

I had to wait in towels for several hours which caused us to miss my son’s game. My bathroom was not clean.
