It was clean and staff was pleasent.

The access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The least favorite thing was that the top blankets on the bed were way too thin. Need something thicker or an extra blanket in the room. Or an in-between blanket between the thin comforter and sheet

My room was comfortably,I felt relax,my sheets where clean.i ask for a extra blanket for my mom and they gave it to me with no hassle.

The parking lot is so dark ,need more lighting. Need better coffee selection in the room.not just decaf

Room maintenance could be better. The room was nice but there were issues with being able to turn on shower. Chair had dust/dirt which indicated it is not being cleaned!

Our car and other cars were damaged in your parking lot. We Asked employee to check cameras. We were told only the manager could check cameras and she would be in Sunday morning. By check out time the manager still wasn’t there. We left our number and we’re assured that she would call us and let us know if anything was seen on cameras because we needed that for the police report. The manager never called. We will probably choose a different hotel next year when we return. (We booked 5 rooms) because of the lack of customer concern and failure to follow through to help customers when damage happens on your property.

-was there in dec 2022 and Jan 2023 and now in April the lobby floor is still in pieces with yellow caution tape limiting the space for guests and posing a safety risk to guest. you have wonderful staff and not fair for the staff to have to defend the unusable area of their workplace. - the bkfst offering could be better -late night Noisy guests - floors above our room - running in halls slamming doors-

Clean, safe and quiet.

Room was showing some age. Breakfast bar was lacking a few things and unattended by staff. Simple stuff like no coffee, chairs still stacked on tables, lights not on, maybe full bar not available on Sundays.

in Cartersville for work my family and my welding partner family came in town on different occasions and they made sure to put the rooms closer and was not bothered much seeing that we worked night shift.

nothing really besides one housekeeping getting mad that I told her we was not checking out. she got mad and started talking in Spanish not knowing my partner speaks Spanish. but everything else was great

Breakfast was a grab and go but good, had 2 rooms . My refrigerator. Stop working and they switched it out before coming back from dinner May be 1 hour and 1/2. Bathroom in other room light blew out told them in morning , came back 3 hours later and was fix . .

Only thing I could recommend is that their cable needs to be better some stations froze think it was a signal issue. Elevator. Floor needed fix was a trip hazard

I would have preferred some meat to go with the eggs or pancakes.

I didn’t like the maid service she didn’t give up clean towels the second and third day. We had our trash bagged she took the trash and never left another bag for our trash.

I am truly Is happy to be a guest here At the microtel by Wyndham In Cartersville. Javi the general manager is amazing,. And miss Rita the Front desk supervisor It's so kind And knowledgeable. The microtel here in Cartersville Is truly the best, From their Staff to their amenities. They have certainly Exceeded my expectations.
