Super clean, breakfast was good, room clean and comfortable, so much space. pool was indoor and clean. Really enjoyed this hotel. My kids loved the pool.

The elevator was cringe!! It was slow and noisy very scary, I thought We were going to be stuck in it. Other guest I spoke to made the same comments.

The attendant at breakfast kept all the supplies well-stocked and orderly. She was very attentive to our needs and very pleasant.

There were some guests above me who walked with very heavy feet. This happened until about midnight. Also, some of the guests were pretty noisy outside behind the building.

Very clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the breakfast was fabulous!

We were traveling with a 5 year old and found out when we checked in the pool was closed for renovations. This was not made known until we checked in and the price was still $600 for 2 nights.

Didn't participate in the breakfast. Getting to the place was a bit odd.

Shower was odd. Obviously it was also intended to be helpful for the handicapped. But the water drained to outside of the shower(there was a drain in the middle of the floor). So when you exited the shower, the floor was completely wet.

The breakfast had a wide variety of items, and it all tasted very good. The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean.

The bed was not very comfortable to me, but it is very different from mine at home so that was probably the reason. The pool was closed due to refurbishment.

Facility was very clean, bathroom, especially the shower was incredibly roomy!! Bed was also comfy.

Morning breakfast was put away at 10:03 when we went to checkout on Sunday morning, also was a bit hard to get out if you wanted to turn South on Route 20!

Cleanliness and ameneities at the hotel were great, everything was clean and new and met our expectations for our visit for a tournament. The washer and dryers were an added perk as there were 4 of each.

Price of the washer and dryers were quite a bit more than in other Holiday Inn Express we have used.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I stayed here for a baseball tournament. I checked out the pool and workout facilities which were well kept.

The price is pretty high. To be honest, I would probably choose a different location for a lesser price seeing how we did not spend too much time in the hotel.

No military discountff

Staff was not on duty at front desk,morning desk had no customer service skills,mens room down inlobby area door was dirty on the inside coming out of bathroom,all stations of hand sanitizer were empty,all items were brought to the attention of hotel staffs attention never fixed,there 2days

the location was great front desk was great and the room was great comfortable and clean.

A lady by the name of Lorraine she worked downstairs in the breakfast area…she was very very rude..first I said excuse me Mam and she completely ignored me and turned away then I said excuse me Mam again will there be any more bacon coming out and she walked off from me then yelled not right now!!! at that point I didn’t even wanna eat there me and my fiancé and two other people left and went to the Waffle House this happened on 6/26/22
