The stay was very pleasant and the stff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean for someone who is very particular about cleanliness I was very surprised at how clean it was. I would definitely stay again.

The only suggestion I have is the shower head had buildup and definitely need to be changed out and the company may want to invest in shampooing the carpets on a quarterly basis. I did see a few really dark stains in the carpet.

very nice breakfast area. Very friendly gal taking care of the area.. I like when there are hard boiled eggs. I like that the bed was facing the window, so that the TV was facing out towards the hall and not towards the next room.

Would have liked 2 extra pillows on the bed . I think I asked for at least one when I reserved, but it was not there , and hubby always says forget it. Hallways were very cold but room was comfortable

The hotel was very close to a wedding I attended. Also, close to the historic district. I did walk around and enjoy the older and well maintained buildings.

The only thing I would change in the room is take out the carpet. Although the carpet was clean with no odors, as someone with allergies, it would be less likely to harbor the unknown and smells. Also, easier to clean.

This was our second time staying here. We love the size of the queen suite for our family size. It helps us not have to get two separate rooms with young kids. Beds are comfortable, and the whole place is very clean. They have a great selection for breakfast with friendly staff.

The coffee pot was in the living room unplugged There was not an outlet within teach. I took the pot into the bathroom where I could plug it in. There was not any stir sticks for the coffee. Floor #3 that I was on was ice cold as my room was!

Great room great staff good breakfast only complaint the indoor pool water was cold thought it would have been a little warmer but didn't stop my boyfriend from enjoying it! Decided to stay another night the lady at the front was very helpful with that!

The staff was excellent, everyone from the desk employee to the super lady who takes care of the continental breakfast. Even the young man that was helping her on his first day. HATS OFF TO YOUR STAFF

Great room and location. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were very helpful when asked questions. Great location to visit with pets.

the room was okay

the room did not have any wash cloths and the ICE Machine was not working had to go to another floor to get ice. the room was hot when we first got there.

We rented a queen suite and the room size was perfect for our family of 6. I've never been in a hotel room that size before. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. Staff members were very nice and helpful.
