Secluded and quiet. The clerk at front desk was extremely courteous and polite. Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast items. Conveniently located off interstate.

Tried calling the hotel with their local # and never got an answer. After trying 10 times for 3 hours. We were at a sporting event and even with my room paid I still wanted to make sure nothing happened before I got there I could not get through to customer service 800# or booking.com. Very frustrating. The bed would have been comfortable but both sides had springs poking our back. The sink in bathroom was broken but had putty stuff to hold together. Carpet needs to go and install wood laminate flooring.

We’ve stayed there for 3 years in a row now. Twice a year traveling from Rhode Island to Florida and back. It’s around an 8 hour drive from Florida so it’s a good time to stop. It’s located right near the highway in a quiet area so we get a good rest for the next day of driving.

The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean.

I feel some updating needs to be done. The toilet lid was CRACKED, the bathroom vanity needs to be replaced. Overall, I was pleased especially reading some of the negative comments. I was worried that things were going to be much worse but was pleasantly surprised.

The lady at the breakfast area was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The oatmeal was very runny.

The room and facilities looked tired. This hotel needs a facelift. From the carpet in the hallways to the furniture in the room. The chairs at the entrance were all stained. I stayed at the Holiday inn Express in Cartersville many times and am comparing it to this hotel. A big difference!

For the most part all was good. I have had better stays and worse

My room was right next to the elevator and my friends room had noisy kids upstairs. It took forever for the shower to get hot.

I had made my reservation through Booking.com and they could not find it in their computers. They said they were fully booked . It was 11:00 at night and we had been driving 8 straight hours. I was devastated! However, they did accommodate us. So all worked out. I feel there should be a better system for those reservations getting through to you. I don't know whose fault this was, however it sure put me through an upsetting check in. Thank God it ended well.

Good breakfast. Typical for this type of hotel: waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt and fruit. Comfortable beds. Great stop for the night after traveling all day

A lot of middle school age children - sports park near by - not supervised - very loud and running up and down hall ways

Location

Stayed on the 3 floor. Above (4th floor) was a traveling school sports team. The clomping of foot steps and the level of noise was constant and annoying. Sleepless night for me.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Coffee could be better. It was very weak.

There was some construction or maybe water damage clean up going on during our stay. It was noisy when trying to go to sleep.
