I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel as soon as we walked in. We were greeted with smiles! The lobby was beautiful with a pool table, family/game area, business area and even a social lounge area. A Complimentary 24 hour Coffee bar and if that wasn't enough, there was a hot cocoa bar complete with toppings and whip cream! The room was very clean and the view was perfect on the top floor. The area is safe and convenient. We will be back as we travel through this area on our way south a couple times a year.

The only thing I would like to have had was another choice of protein for breakfast besides pork. However it was no big deal as the pancakes were very good.

Tru is apparently Hilton's riff on Silicon Valley culture: lots of bright contrasting colors in simple shapes and patterns, casual communication, "fun" facilities like a pool table, even some newfangled electronic gimmicks like remotely-operated blinds. You know in your head that the vibe is entirely artificial, and yet it kind of works anyway; instead of the somber, depressing experience I normally associate with hotels, I found it relaxed and cheery. Girl at the front desk was very friendly, breakfast was decent (they had actual protein), and rooms were reasonably clean.

I didn't use the "fitness center" which was pretty much just basic cardio equipment, but that's typical of all hotels. In-room fridge was a little noisy; if I hadn't brought food with me on this trip, would have considered unplugging it. Wifi/internet could be hit or miss, usually fast but some sites/apps were super slow.

Hotel doesn't have a covered area for parking when checking in. It was pouring rain and we were soaked getting into the lobby. Also, the clerk gave us our room keys without activating them. Had to stand out in the rain trying to access the side doors with our luggage. Not a great experience.

We liked how new it was, the cleanliness, and the location right off of the interstate. It's within five-ten minutes driving of restaurants, shops, and everything you could need.

The ice machine on the main floor didn't work, which surprised me. Neither did the pancake maker at breakfast, which was also surprising. It was little things, but seemed odd for such a brand new, nice facility.

The hotel is only two years old so it has nice, new, clean common areas and rooms with lots of space and trendy decor. The property sits high on a hill overlooking a valley and despite being located very close to the interstate, it is very quiet and secluded. The seclusion may not last long, however, because lots of apartments are under construction nearby. Signage inside the build and out is very clear and very helpful!

The furnishings in the rooms are sufficient but barebones. A sitting chair (in addition to the desk chair) would have been nice. And an ice bucket! We were glad for the ironing board!

The property seemed relatively new. It was modern and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked how it had all the accessories in the bathroom. Shower gel, shampoo, lotion etc in cool containers. My only complaint was that the drain in the sink was clogged and drained very slow. Which is the reason for the 9.

Staff was great! Very clean- got fresh towels too! Coffee 24/7!! Absolutely wonderful- highly recommend

Hilton was great! Only downside was Construction on roads coming in to area. Hilton can’t control that.

this is the perfect place for self care people on a long trip. chance to do laundry. comfortable spacious room. exceptional lounge with space designed and powered for work and endless coffee. breakfast was perfect for simple tastes and for folks with health concerns. having traveled extensively in Europe, bottles of fat free milk are a breakfast delight.

super easy location off highway. new, clean room convenient ice & water dispenser iron in room, laundry on floor. close to Starbucks and Publix

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. I appreciated the lady at check in offering me fresh baked cookies and water upon arrival.

Room was near side entrance and was noisy.

Very modern, clean. The beds, sheets, pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was good. The automatic pancake maker was nice.

The only negative would have to be not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It got hot and steamy in there after a shower.
