The place was very nice and so was the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I definitely would stay again.

The power was off for about two hours and when I tried to call the front desk it kept disconnecting. We were both using c-paps which woke us up when it went off. The elevator made noises I could hear in my room and was being worked on the day we left. I had to get dressed in the middle of the night and go to front desk to be told it was caused by a transformer. The lady at the desk did keep apologizing and was very nice.

We came to town for a Girl Scout trip, the location by the interstate is a plus, although being in a truck stop parking lot there was tons of traffic but not anything unmanageable. The whole place was super clean and the front desk staff was so nice and accommodating. We had adjoining rooms and our girls locked themselves out of their room, maintenance came immediately and was FABULOUS, THANK YOU Carl!!!! You were a rockstar and the volleyball for the girls to play with was an added bonus while we stayed there. Breakfast was great for a hotel, wish they had toast but that’s a personal preference, they have pretty much everything else and it’s stocked, clean, and hot. Pool was perfect for the kiddos to wind down at night. To top it off… so affordable to stay in too. I will 100% stay here again next time I’m in town. Thank you for truly caring about your guests experiences.

Everything. Meticulously clean. Very friendly and attentive staff. Heated room for pool is wonderful touch. Wish there is a hot tub, but i understand in this day in age that’s hard to find. Overly impressed. I stay at allot of hotels and this one is awesome. Would love to come back And breakfast was better than to be expected. Very attentive lady running breakfast. Great ladies running all aspects of this facility.

Staff was kind, they granted me a late check-out on a very busy weekend, which I desperately needed. Breakfast was great and the room was well cleaned.

I hate how late or early the check-in/check-out times have become, but this goes for all hotels. If a hotel offered earlier or later times, even by an hour or two, they would beat their competitors every time when booking! I understand this means more cleaning staff but hotels would have the occupancy to cover those cost because everyone would stay there. Just a thought!

Elizabeth was super to work with, especially when we arrived after midnight and with our small dog. The room was excellent. Tv was on, room was heated, curtain open and very inviting when we walked in. Bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. Breakfast was available with hot or cold options. Coffee was very good.

Really need to update the toilet. It was small enough for Kindergarteners to use but not very accommodating for adults.

The Sleep Inn was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the heated indoor pool was nice, and the rooms are sizeable. Location to interstate was fantastic, plenty of restaurant options in the area and plenty of things to see and do.

My only complaint is the bed height, I'm short and it was a bit hard to get onto the bed and it wasn't the most comfortable mattress but by far not the worse I've ever slept on.

We booked on Booking.com and had a problem with the reservation so the front desk lady helped me. We arrived on Friday, Feb. 2nd around 9:00 and the young lady at the desk was fantastic. Booking.com said it would be two hours to send our reservation to the hotel but she got us another reservation thru the hotel and we only had to wait 50 minutes. Can't say enough about the young person who was working that night!

Breakfast was great,the coffee is always fresh even at nite, and they keep it full and fresh.. staff was always very friendly. Was very clean .

We were there for 5 days and tried swimming but the indoor pool was too cold. There was no way we could get in. For the price we paid, this should have been fixed. We told the women at the front desk, and she knew it was cold she said the temperature wasn't working. They should have had this situation taken care of the first day they were aware of the problem. This is the main reason we decided to stay that long on our vacation, seeing our family. Made this trip very unpleasant. The kids were outraged,and my 8 year old didn't talk to me for 2 days bc we had promised to get a nice hotel w an indoor pool. It was her birthday and that's what she wanted to do was swim w her friend. Now we will call before we book this hotel to make sure the pool is available to swim.

The location was great. The walls are a little thin and you can hear normal conversations from neighboring rooms through the walls which seems to be the case with most newer hotels. It was a minor inconvenience and not a deal breaker at all. Very convenient to the Lakepoint sports complex. If you're traveling for baseball at the complex it doesn't get much better than this. We would definitely stay here again for all future tournaments in Cartersville, GA.

We had no heat for 2 days , the unit was only blowing cold air. They said there maintenance guy came in on Sunday while we were gone and fixed it but we still got no heat from the unit
