They let me come in early The hotel was very clean The bed was great The deal was good The cleaning lady helped me get a bucket of ice when the ice machine was out I really like this hotel we're thinking about staying here again it's right off the highway thumbs up very clean very nice everything good TV nice layout king size bed I got a secret deal on booking.com being a level 3 member page $72 with taxes it was just at 90

Very convenient location. Very comfy beds and quiet there as well ..which was amazing for being next to 75.

The breakfast could have had more variety. The waffle maker wasn't going so there was only corn flakes, Cheerios and mini muffins.

The facility was open late at night (early morning) and I was able to book a room despite traveling late into the night.

I was placed in a smoking room but I asked for a non-smoking room. I was moved from a double bed room to a room with one bed. This room had an ashtray and the smell wasn't the greatest.

Generally speaking, this RR is much better than others. However, some updates would be helpful. But it's mee our expectations.

Some equipment is not new. Light bulbs are old (not a LED which would make sense) and not bright enough

The location is so close to I 75 we could hear sirens during the night going down I 75.

Courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping. The room was comfortable and clean!!! Easy access to the interstate. It's located in a very convenient area.

The beds were comfortable. It was very spacious. It had a nice t.v., fridge and microwave

No ice machine available. Front desk guy said not working. Housekeeping lady called and asked if we needed anything. I said yes, towels. Never was brought to the room. I called again, no answer. He said I needed to come to office to get the towels.
