Aware of ongoing renovations. However, upon arrival did NOT expect to see actual renovations! Small property spaces further complicated due to renovations ... literally had to park on street :(. Room HVAC unit - in spite of turning OFF - continued noise (sounds like constant fan) ... OFF (should) mean OFF (silent/no noise) ...

Perfect location. I was near to the venue where my conference was being held and close to the outlet mall and lot of restaurants. Breakfast was included in the price which was nice.
Rooms are a bit dated and carpet had stains.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked good. No issues whatsoever and would definitely stay again
The tv wasn’t working but we didn’t really care that much since we weren’t going to be in the hotel very much during our stay

Breakfast was an excellent selection of warm/hot items and of cold items. Enjoyed the mini waffles with a large selection of toppings. The selection of hot foods were tasty and attractive. The location was good with easy access to the I-575. Several nearby fast food stores made it great for meals.
Some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom (water damage near floor) should be addressed.

The breakfasts were excellent. Very friendly staff.
The elevator floor was very sticky. And our room key didn’t work half the time. Just minor inconvenience to us. I can see where the hotel is in repair. Just not up to the usual Hampton ‘s but I see that repairs are being made.

Iy was clean, the room was nice and the staff was friendly.
We had a bathroom sink leak. it took a few hours to get it fixed.

Staff was great. Location was perfect.
The hotel needs an updating. Rug looked old and stained in our room. Water damage obvious on the ceiling/wall. Hampton has always been my go to because of quality but this one needs work
