The apartment style and comfort

Paying for parking! It makes no sense and is a rip off to guests. Ever hotel you stay in you park your car. What makes this so special? Is someone going to wash my car?! Come on you guys. People also stay weeks and months at the location, you charge them a month of parking?!! Then we have to take our own trash out but you’re charging me for parking…

We loved nearly everything about it. Staff was great, food was good, and the rooms were exactly what we needed. I loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out constantly, and the breakfast was really good! Would definitely recommend.

The beds were so incredibly hard they were painful (at least the king size one in our room was). The tv in the "family room" was damaged (we notified the front desk). It was also hard to locate the trash locations so we used the small cans along the sidewalk.

The room was a bit funky. Like the carpet needed a deep cleaning.

Perfect location for me. Bed very comfortable. Spacious suite. Check in staff was great.

Biggest bummer was the constantly dripping bathtub…kind of torturous to try to get to sleep. Other elements in similar need of minor repair. Included breakfast was on the lesser side of the norm for this type of amenity. Note: Parking fee of $5 per day, which I don’t recall seeing in listing.

I love the location and the hotel in general.

I notified the staff that there was a dog urine smell in one of the bedrooms of my suite and no one ever came to take care of it.

Facilities are good and our rooms were comfortable.

250 deposit per room was unexpected, and i got 2 rooms. I've been booking sonesta many times, but this is the first time that there's a parking fee each day. I suggest that maintaining the cleanliness is not only inside the room but outside as well. There were a lot of dried leaves around. It's not presentable.

The location was great we were only 15 mins from the Aquarium. A lot of stores and gas stations. The place was beautiful and the price was awesome, we took our dog with us. Very spacious 2bd rm suite set up was great. Will definitely be rebooking the next time we go to Atlanta! 👍🏾

My kids didn't get breakfast they arrived at 8:30 and were told to return at 9:30 and then were told breakfast wasn't available. Free Breakfast is a part of the accommodations. Otherwise very impressive!!
