The front desk attendant was so attentive and interactive! So sweet and made sure we had exactly what we needed for our stay—even down to the toothbrush because i forgot mine lol i believe her name started with an N. Please tell her me and my husband are still singing her praises😊

The people on our floor could’ve been a little quieter—seems like the walls were a little thin so we could hear kiddos yelling and people arguing. Nothing about the actually property and staff though!

The staff were welcoming and helpful , overall very friendly. Kenny was the best bartender and attentive. Venus was great as well, full of personality. I love the modern look and design of the hotel and its rooms. The location is very convenient, easy to get to.

It had little tiny ants crawling around in the mostly on bathroom counter, but I did see one or two on the nightstand and downstairs bar. I didn't get to check out the roof top bar either night of my stay due to having private events that had a lot of guest traffic.

I liked the breakfast was delicious. The rooms service was great. They skytop bar was excellent with great service and good.

Not enough towels in the room after one day is using all there was no room service that came to clean the room everyday and bring new towels in exchange for the old one. There was only two water bottles provided and it was really small water portions. The ac is automatic and was hard to adjust and was kept cooling the room. I had to keep calling the front desk for directions and room Service request

The staff was super friendly! :) I stayed here during Anime Weekend Atlanta and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms are extremely quiet and so sleep was great. It isn't too far of a walk to the elevators no matter what room you're in, so the short walking-distance was a plus.

Having a microwave would've been awesome! There's also no fan in the bathrooms unfortunately and so you would have to flush as you went. Because there is also a sliding door, it is a bit daunting using the bathroom with guests in your room.

The room was comfortable, clean lines, though characterless. The lighting was good, but the walls and chair were brown, which made it dark. The sink was part of the room, with the counter and mirror as a divider. the toilet and shower were separated by a figured glass sliding door. for a solo traveler, the room was a good value. the staff were great. the buffet breakfast and coffee were plentiful.

the motion sensor-activated light for the toilet area turned on when I sat up in bed, and stayed in for a couple of minutes. also the AC rumbled noticeably, maybe because my second floor room was close to the main system.

The rooms were nice for the price considering what some places charge for rooms that aren’t as nice

The $19 for parking. Then leaving the garage to walk to the hotel. Booking price was $166.24 but was charged $220 upon arrival. Waiting to see if my debit is credited the appropriate amount after the ridiculous parking is applied

The hotel was soooo clean. The hotel provided us lavender for us to sleep with!!! Free coffee in the lobby was such a plus and pleasant surprise when I came in from my redeye flight. I love when hotels put in the time to invest in the little things that matter the most??? And The staff at the front was SO accommodating and sweet! I adore them please give them a raise! Amazing beautiful souls!

Small rooms but it was enough room for just me.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel very clean and modern. We enjoyed the rooftop bar/ restaurant. Great view. Was able to watch the basketball game.

The staff. They didn't seem very interested or engaged. We left for the day only to return to a room that hadn't been cleaned. Called down to find out that "housekeeping doesn't clean every day" per whoever answered the phone. They clean every other day. We were never informed and I've never experienced that at a hotel. For an AC Hotel this was disappointing. There was no hot coffee in the lobby.

I liked the location of hotel..very close to mall and shops and restaurants. AND front desk associate, Ms Gwen is absolutely fabulous...above and beyond...such a great person..two thumbs up!!

didn't like the limited breakfast choices...was under the impression you'd be be able to order from a menu..that was not the case

It was a nice hotel. Only draw back was hearing a couple having sex in the middle of the day! Happy to have had an event that took me away from that. I was also placed in room 333 near a stairwell which yielded frequent traffic and a lot of door-slamming!!! I could not rest well at all.
