From talking to Jamal the night before to walking in and being greeted by Jade was the most pleasant feeling. They greeted like they knew us personally. However, it did not stop. Lidia was the best bartender she was able to pour us drinks and tell us what spots to hit. She even showed me how to do a dance. I have stayed a few Hyatts before because they are so clean and comfortable,but this one was off the charts. The staff, the room, the breakfast and location made our stay absolutely wonderful!!

The Room was great, walkable area, breakfast was decent, loved the real dishes and flatware.

Hated the elevator system. I dropped my room card outside the elevator so could go nowhere, someone called it to a different floor which was confusing because it happened before I had time to open the door to retrieve my card. It makes no sense to have to use your key card inside the elevator because you aren't limited to what floor you can go to, and it makes manuvering with your stuff that much more difficult. Put it outside the elevator. Also the stairs are right there with no keycard entrance at all. After all we're already in a secure building. Also adding some visible signage closer to the main road would be very helpful.

The property is a nice facility kind of a small hotel wedged into where it's located. There's not a parking garage for the facility but you can drive across the street and park for free or you can park outside the hotel in the mall parking lot for $25. It was cold and raining when we were there so it wasn't real pleasant having to walk to the car and then walk back and get wet. There is a small curved driveway in front of the entrance to the hotel where you can pull up and unload your car. Then my daughter drove it across the street to the garage. When we got ready to leave, there were other people loading their vehicle so she had to sit in the street and wait to get in to put our items in our car so we could leave.

The location and the parking

We chose this for a trip to Dragon Con. It is a 2 minute walk to the Marta and about a 20 minute ride. Hotel is nice, beds are comfortable, breakfast was good and the neighborhood seemed nice. I would recommend for a budget friendly trip to Atlanta

The only complaint is that the rooms don't come with a microwave

it was nice. the staff was kind as well. the location was around of businesses and safe. my car was also safe in this lot as well

i’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times before and never had problem with the cleaning staff, but this trip there was a lack of room cleaning service. we had to go downstairs to ask for towels and toilet paper throughout the stay but it wasn’t a deal breaker. we just assumed they were low on staff due to it being the holidays. nonetheless it was nice and will stay again there if in the area.

The night clerks were great. The two males went above and beyond. They were both very friendly and helpful and made sure you felt welcome. The room was huge and a great place to relax and watch a movie

In the morning we went down for breakfast and the worker wasn't pleasant or polite, there wasn't enough food and even when we asked and several other guests said something about the food being gone, she said nothing, she just smiled. It was a holiday weekend, and they knew they had a good number of people. The eating area was full, so I wish they would have planned a little better. We were looking forward to breakfast before the last leg of our week of traveling.

I stayed her with friends while visiting Atlanta. The Hotel is 2 minutes walk from the Dunwoody Marta Stop so was very easy to travel into Downtown Atlanta which was about 25-30 mins away. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a really good Sports Bar close by if you want to go for a few beers and watch a game. The rooms were very spacious, the bed was comfortable, Air conditioning worked perfectly and free breakfast in the morning. Can't find anything negative to say about this hotel. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!! It’s literally next to Perimeter Mall and a 2 min walk from the side entrance of the Dunwoody MARTA rail stop! The property itself has a pretty simple, layout, which is something I really appreciate these days! Plenty of signs and welcoming staff to help you get to your room or local hotspots in the area. The room is designed in a contemporary style, and the pictures do not do it justice - High ceilings, a very spacious bathroom and plenty of natural light! The continental breakfast wasn’t half bad either… I particularly enjoyed the waffles, turkey, sausage, and hard boiled eggs. I’ll also note that the ladies running the kitchen were extremely pleasant, and willing to answer questions about the food and make accommodations too!

My room wasn’t quite as clean as it could be. There was hair on the floor, and crumbs in the crevices of the office chair. I had planned to bring this to their attention, but went shopping instead and forgot all about it until writing this review. The gym facilities were spacious, but the two rowing machines that they had were missing batteries, and therefore did not work.

Superb location to Perimeter Mall; walking distance. Excellent restaurant & chef. Felt very safe there as elevators had to be swiped with room keys in order to be used. Breakfast selection and coffee was good - the atmosphere was warm and cozy. My Amazon packages (books) were also received with no charge!

A desk light / lamp would have been nice, as it would've helped with a writing assignment that I had, but all other areas in the room were well lit.

I love everything about this hotel. It was clean, staff was WONDERFUL! Surrounded by plenty restaurants and stores and I indeed like the fact that the Perimeter Mall was right there in walking distance. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! So many things to choose from. The Bartender "Big Lidy" is down to earth, excellent personality. I most definitely will be back,and I will indeed recommend this hotel to family and friends who plans on visiting Atlanta.
