Overall my stay was amazing, however the front desk representative young lady told me who was working this afternoon today 8/17, that they would have charged me extra for staying 45 minutes beyond check out time, and that housekeeping was waiting specifically on my room to clean due to the turnover, which was a bit unprofessional based on the tone, I was wondering do they make those comments to everyone that’s a little late with checking out or was it just me, also the tv apps didn’t work in the bedroom, but we were able to still enjoy in the extended room area, amazing room, and the representative when we checked it gave us the best suite option.

The breakfast was great. My kids and grandson enjoyed the omelets and fresh fruits. The pool was a great size. The parking garage had surveillance which made us all feel very safe.

I think room 404 had a dog or some animal in it before me. My allergies were really bad in the room and it think that was the cause. I had to take my Flonase daily. Please ensure the rooms are properly cleaned after people have animals in the room. Flared allergies ruin a great trip and hotel stay.

This hotel is top tier ..love the location …nice views ..had the most beautiful sunrise & photos I took..the staff were pleasant & helpful..the food at the bar lounge was great,I love the welcome screen in the suite it was a classy unexpected surprise,loved the decor very classy & updated & the hotel smelled nice …I would definitely recommend the hotel & the complimentary breakfast was very good also..five stars for this Hotel I can’t wait to stay at the one in Panama City Florida our next trio(Love the Embassy Hotels)😊👍

Nothing really to complain about they could get more luggage carts to accommodate the large amount of visitors but that’s my only small complaint we had to wait a little while to get one at check out they did tell us we could stay two hours longer stay in our room until one was available so that was nice.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast, as well as our suite layout and views. The facilities were awesome, aesthetically pleasing and clean. I love the personal touch with my name on the tv upon arrival. Check in and check out was quick.

The front desk associates could have provided the location of the pool and exercise area upon arrival. As well as given the time and location for breakfast. Someone should also be available to answer the phone if a guest is calling for help with something. When I arrived I phoned to the front desk to ask for the pool location and times but no one answered after multiple attempts. I had to walk around to find the pool location and ultimately asked a front desk associate where to locate the pool and was told it was about to close. I was unable to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi so I would have liked if it could have stayed open maybe an hour or two.

I like the shuttle driver not sure of his name but I believe he was from New York very knowledgeable about the area and glad he was able to drop us off at the local stores in the area! I really like the location of this hotel! The hotel room it self was big enough where we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other (4 adults). I am glad they offered free drinks that was nice of the hotel!

I wasn’t happy about the pool not being open the day we got there! It was open then it was closed so that was disappointing. There wasn’t enough lien for the sofa bed so had to call down and ask for it! I did think the room could have been vacuumed better before we checked into it. The shower curtain definitely needs to be longer so the bathroom floor doesn’t get wet! Oh I did think there should have been somewhere to put the different dishes after you eat breakfast! I just wasn’t use to leaving dirty dishes on the table!

I didn't like the fact that I had to wait to find out about the company not accepting cash app and chime until I made it there. I also didn't like the fact that I was told that my room was $329.00, but when I got there, I found out about a $100.00 damaging fee that I would have to pay. What if all that I had was the money for the room. Those things were disappointing, but overall, I had a great experience

Great hotel except for front desk receptionist

The front desk receptionist was on her phone, using earbuds, when I checked in. She kept talking to her phone, and I kept asking her, "What did you say. She avoided eye contact and was very unprofessional. When she did give me information about my stay, she rushed through her speech, and it was like she didn't want to be bothered. It was a very disappointing situation. It was the taller, bigger receptionist with the longer hair. Extremely unsatisfied with the whole ordeal. She should not be allowed to welcome any more guests. I doubt if I return because of how I was made to feel.

The room was very comfortable. The area was very nice and close to several restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we checked into was not clean. There were crumbs on the floor, couch and chairs. There was a half-eaten apple under the couch. They allowed us to switch rooms which appreciated, but in the future please do better.

I loved the room and the friendly staff! The location was also amazing. I was able to go to Costco and grab everything that I needed.

I missed out on breakfast due to it ending at 9:00am. That’s a littler early for breakfast to end. Maybe 10:00am should be the cut off time. Overall great stay and beautiful rooms. The pool was great, however it’s a little small and the pool room is very hot.

I did not like the experience of the staff when I checked im she was more than rude to be working for that chain. When I arrived I was told were sold out in a very nasty tone so I asked next steps since it was booked and paid for. Again very nasty tone were sold out. I would like for a memeber of management to reach out
