The morning breakfast area was so congested. There should be a better layout with covid guidelines in mind. One staff member serving food was rude. Went through the food line as my husband grabbed our coffee and juice. The attendant was like "you can only take one breakfast sandwich at a time" I relayed that I was getting my husband one too, I literally only took 2 sandwiches from the entire buffet. She proceeded to say it to me again 2 more times and made me feel super uncomfortable. I couldn't put the sandwich back after touching it anyways and It's not like I had a plate full of food. Just unprofessional to shame the guest like that.

Location near restaurants, supermarket and Walgreens which was a plus. Also since I do not drive I could go downtown via the MARTA which when the weather was nice I could walk to the station.

I was told when I checked in that breakfast was served in the morning and the time. Of course, I forgot, I wish there was something in the room that you could refer to with that information. Tried call but phone was not working. So I had to go down to desk to make them aware of same, however this was a minor issue.

The location was a perfect distance from the State Farm arena where we were there for and there was plenty of places to eat around.

The check in staff was a bit rude when we first go there I told her my name and check in number and she kept saying I didn’t have a room even though I have the confirmation number until finally she asked for my ID and then some how I had a room?

We loved the architecture of the building and the atmospheric surroundings. The manager on duty was very engaging and helpful. Upon entering the room, we noticed a bra hanging on the back of the sofa. We called and informed the manager and he was very apologetic and rectified the situation immediately. He retrieved another room for us and all was well. We will be returning and the only thing we wish you had was a stove to cook...lol.

We liked the breakfast it had several varieties and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything. The hotel is in a great location with food and shopping within walking distance. Everyone loved our little dog and she loved them back... awesome!

The pool was closed for cleaning and we didn't get to use it which we were looking forward too! We were on vacation and wanted to get some sun.

Room was very clean and very comfortable, as described by hotel. When we arrived they informed about the pool been closed, if we want our money back an choose another hotel, Very good.

The breakfast was very good, a lot of different of foods, not expect so much things, but there is only 1 person working in the morning, so depending on the time you will take breakfast, will take a lot of time.

The room was pretty roomy. Love the kitchenette but we was missing an ice bucket in the room.

There was mold on the ceiling area and the bathroom could be clean more… there was some mold in between the sliding door of the shower. Maintenance did came and asked if we want him to get rid off the molds on the ceiling I said no because the chemical that he is using has a very strong smell to it.

The Staff was very Friendly & Professional. The Room I booked was a Double Queen Suite. Furnished with all the Necessities. My Family & I totally enjoyed our Stay. I will definitely book this Hotel again in the near future❤️

The property was clean, much better furniture than most suites around. Good size tv, and all appliances were durable.

Love that ice machine was on the floor I stayed. There wasn’t any container inside room to fetch ice.

It had everything I needed for a three day stay. Kitchenette and a fitness room. Room was super clean and comfortable. The location was short walk away from supermarket pharmacy n restaurants also the rail trail.

Everthing was almost excellent until the last night. I was abruptly awaken at around 3am. By some loud people in the hall. They seemed as if they were drunk. It kept me un for a while. Finally they quiet down and didn't here them again. Also the lighting in the bathroom was a bit too dark. One thing that really sucked was that there wasn't any Spanish stations in the TV. I watch mostly Spanish TV. I'm hooked to spanish soap operas . So disappointing that I wasn't able to watch my favorite Spanish TV shows.
