Rooms were big and clean. Location was good for our purposes. Car parking space was good, no problem to find a spot for our car. We requested late check-out in the morning and were allowed. Swimming pool was clean.

Swimming pool was not available for three first days due to some maintenance. We were requesting rooms next to each other but this did not happen.

This was a quick trip with my 2 sisters. Everything was so nice. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was so clean. The staff was personable and helpful. They were so easy to talk to. Everyone always greeted us with a smile. We absoultely loved the size of our room and the lighting for the mirror was a nice bonus. It was perfect for pictures and putting make up on. The hot water never ran out in the shower. I cant wait to bring my family.

We got stuck in the elevator twice but the staff was quick to assist us and handle it. They informed us that they were just waiting on someone to come fix it. Luckily we weren't stuck long. Id say no more than a minute. Also the air in room kept cutting off it wouldnt go below 73°. But overall it was excellent.

The rooms are large and roomy. The property is in the heart of the Perimeter Mall area. If you love to shop and try a variety of restaurants- Then this area is your version of heaven on earth. The breakfast was really good. There was a good selection of hot items and cold items.

The only thing about the property that I did not like was the acoustics in the bar/restaurant area. There needs to be more sound absorption in the area. The number of people the made it hard to check-in. The front desk associate had to yell and did I.

I chose to pay at the property through my reservation but when I got to the property my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge me prior to arrival...but agent assured me she would get my reservation back and it was actually a cheaper rate which was great

The fact that there is a deposit that you are not notified about until you're charged...which put a hold on my spending funds so my trip was kinda messed up because my money was.on hold for the deposit.

all facilities and amenities were as listed. The pool deck wasn’t quite ready for season so we’ll try to see if that pool gets nicer over the summer. The fitness center was adequately appointed. The included breakfast was buffet style and it had a lot of options. It was kind of nice to have a bar on site.

Wasn’t in love with the parking situation. The open parking wasn’t easily accessible. We couldn’t see our vehicle from our room. If you did not get a parking spot right in front of the entrance doors, you had to walk all the way around the building to re-enter the hotel

Great service. Breakfast was great, nice and hot. Swimming pool was nice. The whole atmosphere was great. Everything very clean. Hotel very beautiful inside and my room was extremely large. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. I Had no idea I had a sitting room with big tv and very comfortable couch. Front desk lady was nice , I forgot her name and KJ was nice , I remembered his name because my grandson’s name is KJ. 😊

Everything was great. This will be my go to hotel. I did not want to leave.

No microwave in room

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. I had a room next to the elevator and door to the outside so it was a bit loud but I did have a last-minute booking so I can't complain. The neighborhood was safe. Great places to eat nearby. I was happy with my stay.

My only complaint was the two dudes smoking marijuana in the parking lot below my window. That was not the property's fault. The eggs are really, really bad but the coffee was really good. If you have to pay for breakfast, I'd likely skip it and go somewhere else. The burger I had in the evening was good.

I didn't have the breakfast but the location was perfect, I loved the area and surrounding area.

Had a few rug stains from people in the past spilling things like juice but other than that not much to report.

Breakfast was delicious ! There some confusion and needs to be a better communication with guest when it comes to complementary and at cost breakfast…. Because of the misunderstanding, some people were told to return their food back to the breakfast area. Lastly, there was a homeless guy that wandered into the lobby, the staff were familiar with him and they gave him food and juice and sent him back out the door. They truly show kindness to him however, others will not feel that way.

Parking lot was very small, and this particular night there were 3 RV parked in the lot which took up car parking spaces ,and Parking lot is not well lit We also found bugs in the bathroom call front desk and they said that exterminators come once a week however, they can’t get all the bugs.
