My stay here was great. Pros-seems like it’s in a suburban neighbor - about 25-30 min from downtown (because of traffic) -very nice room -friendly staff - I didnt use the pool, gym or eat breakfast -enjoyed the bed and that linen sheet and blanket. - loved that they had a microwave and fridge in the room Cons The toilet kept running all night. We kept the bathroom sliding down closed. -this isn’t really a con but it’s a neutral thing for me. The heating and air system was pretty good but once it’s cold in your room it’s freezing. Once it’s warm. It’s warm. I really couldn’t find no medium for the heating system. -the bathroom floor seemed slippery if you get it wet. -also the bathroom shower too. I had to be careful because the bathroom shower seems slippery. - also they need bigger towels in the rooms. I’m a size large and I could barely fit my towel.

Very Clean, great location and modern.

The bathroom was very odd especially for a “family room” of two queen beds. There was no wall or partition separating the shower for privacy from rest of room. Very strange setup. In a king room for couples, would be fine. Just very strange for a family with older kids.

Beautiful, well kept property was very clean and the heated pool was perfection after a long busy day at Six Flags! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing was the bathroom situation, it’s just different, NOT bad just different. A very nice shower curtain that does reach far enough for privacy instead of a door. Was not an issue for me and my kiddos but would have been awkward if a sibling or friend was along.

Reshan was the best front desk clerk!!! We had a bad experience with an Airbnb so we had to find a hotel quick!!! When I tell you he helped us with open arms. He was nothing more than amazing! If he’s at this hotel when we come back I most definitely will be booking again. I’ve told the world about him. It was a pleasure to have someone to work in the hotel industry that’s so perfect for the job!! The nicest person I’ve meet.

Hard to stay with kids and have any privacy. Half walls and can’t turn lights on in bathroom without making the whole room light up. Just the loft style makes it hard for family’s but easy for a couple or single person

We did not have breakfast. The staff was my favorite!! Especially Torrie Andersen. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and were visiting the Temple. It is within walking distance for anyone visiting for that purpose. The guys were extremely nice to my children. Made us feel right at home.

I did not like the bathroom doors. For families, there is no privacy. The room door was also very hard to open. Nothing we couldn't adjust to and not any reason to still not give this hotel 5 stars.

Don’t give hospital stay discount… My son has leukemia and we have to travel 2.5 hrs to Atlanta every week, for treatment and we have stayed at different motels and we love this one but not sure how much longer we can stay because other motels give discounts and nights are $100

I loved this property! It was my first time staying there and I truly enjoyed myself, the location, was perfect for me to get to everything!

The only thing I would change is if I ever traveled with like A parent or something this wouldn’t be the place due to no door on the bathroom.

The electric car charging was a big plus. The property is swanky and feels upscale. The checkin folks were very friendly.

This hotel is so unique and relaxing. Staff are first rate and so friendly and attentive. I loved the flowing images in the lobby, the upbeat cool and fun atmosphere (with games and game nights as well as live guitarist and DJ on some nights).
