Housekeeping never serviced our room the entire stay. Please see the attached photo reflecting the trash and laundry outside of my room

You are paying for the Hilton name and location. The first room, the ceiling in the bathroom, was mold, so I was moved to another room. The jacuzzi tube had water in it. At this point, we just unplugged the drain. Hilton is one of my favorite places to stay. But it's time for upgrades or lower your price. Overpriced cold breakfast . The staff are excellent and very helpful they can't be held responsible for Hilton lack of upgrades to their hotel chains. Each room is in need of upgrades. Hilton need to be ashamed of themselves.

The staff was really friendly, they took a while to pick up the phone but when they did, they got the things done. They allowed us for a late check out. The room was clean and tidy, although it had a slight "old place" smell. It's an old building, and you can tell by the doors and structure, but they keep it clean. We got the room with a jacuzzi, which was too small for being a jacuzzi but bigger than a bathtub and also had a tiny balcony, i.e. you could only stay standing there. I'd stay there!

Very small jacuzzi and balcony. The stairs were for emergency only (the door had "Emergency only, alarm will sound if opened), we were on the 2nd floor and the elevator takes forever.

The first day the room was not cleaned for most of the day, and we had stayed away to let it be cleaned and had even asked the front desk to have it done while we were away. When we returned in the afternoon and it was not done we stayed in it as we were jetlagged. When the cleaner finally came late in the afternoon, we just wanted fresh towels as we were tired. That was not a big deal. However the next morning the same housekeeper knocked on our door at 08:40 and asked if we were checking out soon. I asked "what time is checkout?" and was told 1200 noon. I said then why are you disturbing us 3.5 hrs in advance? When we wanted the room cleaned it wasn't done and when we wanted privacy we were intruded on. This was the only negative point and in context not a big issue.

Oh, I love the lobby. They have lemonade and cookies waiting for you when you get there breakfast was great fancy table, and napkins to sit down and eat your breakfast. I. Also love different options in the room for my family to sleep that had a balcony. I love the bathroom because it had separate tub and shower and free parking free Wi-Fi. The pool area was great as well.

I did not like that. The bedroom had no privacy to the front room the room and double doors with glass, but there was a paper thin she curtain that covered the glass, but you can see right through them. Also DY McQueen is on the room and wear and tear in the carpet, I asked for the week staff to clean the room. They never came the whole weekend. I was there. The only time they came is when I requested towels. Some of the hotel staff wasn’t friendly, very rude and not helpful at all.

We liked the design of the property and the suite, good for sleeping, and the refrigerator/wetbar was a value. The location was walking distance to many good food choices and shopping, the room was quiet, and the employees were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full and tasty - we really liked the fruit choices.

This property is "long in the tooth". Well past major renovation in the rooms. Many well worn items like the sink and couch, a shower that did not want to turn off. Shows it's age.

The rooms were nice check in was somewhat easy once they found my registration. Front desk person say they had my name backwards. Which was crazy if I gave you my full name you still should have been able to see it no matter which way it was in there. The second room that was booked through booking .com we was told that they didn't see it and we gave the Front desk person the confirmation number all three rooms we had were booked through booking.com

I order a drink and the bar for two people gave the person my credit card to pay, when the gentleman gave me my receipt I told him that he had not given me my credit card back he said that he had. I looked in my wallet and around me were I was standing the whole time but it was no were around. I stood there at the bar and canceled my card. I was told by my credit card company that I was going to be charged to replace it. The gentleman at the bar looked and said he didn't have it and walked away and took care of another guest.

I loved everything about the actually hotel & room. The staff was very friendly. We even spent hours at the bar & the bartender who was serving us while we were there was so friendly & nice. She held conversations with us & gave off such good energy. The rooms are clean. This is my 2nd time staying there & I’m still satisfied all around!

I had a conflict with my dates that I was supposed to be staying there due to a family emergency & it took me about 1 week 1/2 to get my dates switched due to the staff giving me a run around & them telling me to call back daily to talk to management & when I finally got a chance to talk to her all she did was say was “oh I don’t know why they did that. I’ve been out of the office for days” the issue did ultimately get resolved & I was grateful for that just a little frustrated & annoyed through the process.

I like that the property was very clean and it was a really good area, near the mall and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

I didn’t like that only one elevator worked and the day before we left no one cleaned our room, I’m not sure if were supposed to to request it that day but no one came on we were there 3 days.

I liked the location of the property, which was relatively close to downtown Atlanta

My room was improperly cleaned. I found strands of hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The carpets and living furniture furniture were stained in areas and could stand to be professionally steam cleaned. The staff member gave the wrong room number to 2 guests who checked in maybe 30 minutes after our arrival. We were a little startled to hear someone at our door trying to enter.
