It was convenient to have breakfast included for the two nights stay.

Breakfast wasn’t good at ALL. The link sausage wasn’t hot and not cook well enough to me. House keeping was a surprise as well. Due to maintenance had to fix our toilet. He used our towels for the job. My husband called the front desk ask why our room wasn’t clean no towels, bed not made up and trash not taking out. The front desk told us house keeping don’t clean rooms for two nights stay or less. Only if you ask for new towels but, house keeping don’t makeup beds for two nights. We wasn’t aware of that at check-in and that policy. Front desk personnel were very nice about our concern as well the maintenance man was very nice to fix our toilet. Overall staff was nice.

We placed a call for incidental rates and availability at Fairfield Inn.The gentlemen who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and welcoming! We chose this hotel due to unhappy stay with previous hotel. Upon arrival,the staff at Fairfield Inn was fantastic and quick. The staff thanked me for my status level as Bunvoy member, asked if I needed anything more, and welcomed us with sincere smiles .We had a minor issue later in the am. A quick call to guest services at 3am, and without complaints our issue was resolved. We were pleased with the efforts from the staff, it has been a breath of fresh air! Parker's

I have never checked into a hotel with sensor air-conditioning, laughing loudly! The issue was addressed immediately.

The hotel was very nice for its price. Employees were very helpful and they all had very very nice attitude. The hotel itself was in a very good location. I liked how close it was to the train station so you can be able to get to anywhere in the Atlanta area, also how it was close to the mall so it was in a walking distance.

The Wi-Fi didn’t really work well for me whether I was in the lobby or if I was in my room and the breakfast selection was kind of minimal

Friendly staff. Quiet location. Delicious   😋 breakfast- scrambled eggs, pork & turkey sausage, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee. Exceptionally clean and very spacious guest room, super comfortable King bed.  Large screen TV and desk space to work. I opted for the guest room with a kitchen area which included counter space and cabinets and shelves, loved it! Plenty of space and the refrigerator got very cold. Great location close to everything, easy parking directly in front of the hotel, and plenty of spaces.

There was a noticeable slight odor in the hallways.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked that the shower was equipped with everything needed for a good shower. The breakfast was very good. It had something for everyone. The hotel is within walking distance of many good restaurants which was very nice.

I wish the air conditioner was easier to use. I wanted the fan to run all night to circulate the air but it wouldn’t stay on. The television just turned off while we were watching it.

The staff was sooooo friendly and professional! I enjoy coming to places and the staff puts a smile on my face! I felt very comfortable and safe. I walked in the room and didn’t expect it to be so nice and cleeeeean! 😍 I’ll definitely be returning to this exact location the next time I’m in Atlanta! Thank you guys so very much!

The clock was bright! 😂 I like to sleep in pure darkness. I almost unplugged it but I knew that wasn’t my place! 😂 Really there was nothing I didn’t like. 👍🏽

The location is within easy walking distance of multiple really good restaurants, and about 20-25 minutes’ drive from all of the places we wanted to visit in Atlanta (aquarium, history center, etc). The hotel is quiet and clean with comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, and a quite good breakfast each morning. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The only negative thing I can think of is the shower. The way it’s designed, it gets the whole floor wet and a bit slippery. Not a huge issue.

This hotel is very straightforward and simple. No fussiness and very pleasant. Great staff who went out of their way for guests. So often, employees make guests feel unwanted and like their a bother. I did not feel this way at all while staying here. Please please keep hiring great staff like the ones you have here. Breakfast was good and I love the non-pork meat option, which included turkey sausage. Nice pool, and a great scenic view in the rear of the hotel that has a small creek running through. We will Definitely come back again!!!

The first room we had, gave off a slight odor and the toilet was malfunctioning. We requested a room change and it was fine! Upon our initial hotel check-in, we were asked if we wanted cleaning services during our stay and we said yes, but when no one came to clean our room the following day, we called the front desk, who told us we did not choose to have our rooms clean, but clearly we did. It was disappointing, but despite this, the staff gave us clean towels and the like.

The location was really good. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. You could tell it was an older building that had been renovated but they did a good job. I really liked the layout of the shower with the glass door and the shower head off to the side. That is the natural way that all showers should be. I might do that in my own home.

The breakfast didn’t have any low carb options but that’s not a big deal for most people. The coffee was very good, though.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, and good breakfast with non-pork options. Rooms clean, bed comfortable.

Every time I come here, there is always a problem with my family members accessing the wifi. It seems that everyone needs a Mariott account which is inconvenient. We have to call tech support each time just to access the internet. The hotel needs to have general wifi for all, even those without a Mariott account.
