We had a fantastic stay here! Right from arrival through to departure, the staff were friendly and super helpful. We felt so welcomed and, even in a very luxurious space, felt so at home and able to get cosy right from the get go. Amenities on site were a welcome addition, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the outside space when we could. The location itself is great to get into downtown Atlanta, as well as explore some more places that are further out. There's a real ease to parking (although it does carry a charge) which enables you to access the local freeways to either get into more downtown Atlanta, explore the local area, or head out to some incredible places nearby. Equally, the shuttle bus runs locally and can connect you to the Red Line (train) at Dunwoody station which takes you directly into the heart of Atlanta. If flying, the Red Line also goes directly to the Airport making it easy to also base yourself here without a car. The shuttle can also take you to local restaurants and shopping too.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for some of our stay. This was largely out of the hands of the staff, and it simply just changed our plans that evening.

The views, the vibes, the environment

How far it is from the room to the parking garage. The directions to the garage was a bit hazy. And the lobby was somewhat always crowded. The snacks & drinks was overpriced.

Tyler checked us in and he was so friendly and helpful. He asked if I preferred a room on a higher level or lower level, and upgraded us to a room he said had more space. His kindness and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. He even gave a little goody bag to my little one, it was so pleasantly unexpected. We had plenty of space in our room, which I truly appreciated for my almost 4 year old. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We opted to use the valet service, and I am so glad we did! We were in and out frequently as we were there visiting family, and the valet made it so convenient. We did walk the paths in the back, and I loved that we could take such a scenic walk to Starbucks, a must for my Mom and I every morning. While we didn't have a need, I was aware the hotel offered a shuttle to local attractions, and I saw it come and go frequently. Should we have another occasion to go back, we would absolutely stay here again.

Neither of these instances were caused by the hotel or staff. But it certainly made our trip interesting. My Mom had gone downstairs to get us a couple of glasses of wine and saw what looked to be a hooker being escorted out from the elevators. I'm not sure how she was able to get in being that you have to use your room key to go to your floor, I'm trying not to imagine. The morning we left a car had caught on fire just outside the entrance to the hotel. We were a little stalled in leaving, but I am so thankful that no one was injured.

EVERYTHING went well. We arrived late, so dined in at your restaurant, and had an excellent meal! The entire hotel was super-clean and the staff was courteous and professional. Our room was great, and except for a couple drunk ladies trying to find their way into their room late at night, it was probably the quietest hotel I'd ever been in. And... I am OLD, so that is saying something!

I certainly didn't like paying for the courtesy of parking on your property... WHAT is up with that?! Our bed was softer than either my lady or I would have preferred, but... it wasn't old and lumpy, just softer than we're accustomed to.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza! From the moment I walked in, everything was wonderful! The staff, smiling faces, and professionalism was outstanding. I did have one concern with a member of concierge when another customer was walking beside me. The gentleman made an assumption that the young woman was with Door Dash and stated that the customer needed to come downstairs. This woman said I am the customer picking up my door dash order. The man said, "Oh, I saw the doordash app on your phone and thought you were ...". Just wasn't a good presentation at all, and these assumptions take away from the experience people expect when they choose this hotel. I believe the statement was made based on the person's appearance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I can't wait to return! Thanks for the great experience and service!

We were on the 10th floor, and the views were amazing. The place is beautiful it was way nicer than we thought. Even has a nice restaurant and an outdoor seating area with neat walking paths. Rooms were nice to and the tv was nice also. The only negative about the room was there was no microwave in the hotel room.

Parking is expensive for each night at $25 a night. And the indoor pool was supposed to be heated, but the heater was out, so the pool was freezing. Having to use the keycard every time just to use the elevator got annoying fast.

Great location, next to the mall and easy access to downtown Atlanta. Large lobby, friendly staff, fantastic restaurant (the Easter brunch was phenomenal). We had a corner 2 queen room which was VERY spacious. Daily housekeeping isn't always the norm anymore and it was well done and appreciated. Beautiful park out back. It felt very green and relaxing despite being in a very busy area. Starbucks was a lovely walk across the park area. Other reviews complained about the parking but we had no issues. It wasn't creepy, easy in and out, lots of available spots. Lots of restaurants across the street in the mall complex.

The pool was a little dated (the rubber lining was a little creepy and seemed unsanitary). The continental breakfast could have a few more options and the coffee could be complimentary BUT these are very small things. Overall its a lovely and safe hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel and their breakfast is really good. I enjoyed their bed and it was convenient to go in and out with a car. It is very spacious and their outdoor area has a lovely walkway with lights and surrounded by forest trees.

I booked through a third party for 3 people and it included breakfast. I saw a charge for breakfast so i called the front desk and they said it was an error. I then went down to reception to make sure it was cleared up. The person that was helping me was attempting to resolve the issue but the second employee came across as dismissive and said i needed to talk to my booking agency as they only reserved for two. When i called the third-party booking company, they confirmed the reservation was for 3 and the issue has not been resolved as i still have a breakfast charge on my credit card. Again, the initial person that was helping me (young African American lady) provided good customer service but the other one (Asian lady) was dismissive and wasn't open to helping me resolve the issue.

The lobby smelled amazing. The lobby staff are amazing. Tyler kept in touch with me daily until we checked in. The hotel is amazing and clean and in a great area.

The only thing negative I could say is the parking is not the best. However, we don't live in Atlanta, so we don't know if the parking is good or bot. Coming from Florida, it was scary trying to park the Wagoneer extended SUV in the parking garage. Also, having to take the garage to the lobby then walk half a mile to get to the elevators that lead to the rooms is crazy work. You should tell people about the parking restrictions before they arrive. If I had driven my G -Wagon, it wouldn't have fit in the garage at all and I wouldn't have known. It could have forced me to use Valet which I hate using on vacation.

I loved the location in Buckhead close to restaurants and great shopping and the highway, the amenities available at the hotel included lots of comfortable places to sit and relax, a nice snack bar, an indoor heated pool, and a gym. The room was spacious and very clean.

The water pressure could’ve been higher in the shower and the sink, I prefer water that is a little hotter, but this was not a dealbreaker, just a personal preference. Room service for breakfast was not an option, and the restaurants did not have anything open during lunch on the weekends.
