I like the space - it was for my daughter bday and I wanted them to have there own space to talk and change they had there own bathroom which was a plus - my son had the pull out - we had our space it was nice !! It could be a little more update on furniture but it was straight for the weekend - and I was happy we could Grill that was a plus to help on the food - and Ken he was the new guy VERY HELPFUL and upfront and his Customer service was GREAT !!! I didn't get the other gentleman name he was cool too. I was skeptic on the reviews but I went with it and it was nice - I didn't get the breakfast my kids said it was Alright so hey I'm guessing it was ok. There is many places to eat around that area as well. We will add this one to our Hotel list - me and my hubby thinking about coming back for our Anniversary to just chill. I didn't get any pic but this Hotel look just like what is posted.

Only thing I'm a clean freak and I see a lot of things that ppl don't - the doors could be wiped down and a few mold spots that it - update the showers and furniture this Hotel will be a HIT !!! But it is still a Hit nice area !!!

Clean and convenient, the studio had everyone you could need. Staff accommodating for flight delay had ro check in next day at 6 am.

Breakfast on the weekend until 9 am, make it at least 10 am. $5 parking daily when there is more than enough space, never had a suburb hotel charge for parking before.

Hotel staff and service

Booking.com website shows me 500 sq foot room but this hotel dont have 500 sq ft room , they have 400 sqft and 600 sqft and 900 sqft rooms.when i book the room I choose 500 sqft from booking.com also in the images it shown me bed room and kitchen are in separate room but I got 400 sqft room and bedroom and kitchen are in same room.I haven’t expected this until i reach the hotel and this makes me not happy. This looks nothing wrong from hotel based on the conversation with hotel staff, may be something wrong with booking.com website

I liked the place, the rooms were very comfortable. Beds are full size, but they are soooooo comfortable. Sofa bed was kind of dirty, and the carpets outside the rooms were stained, but other than that, they were pretty clean. Breakfast was ok. Love the pancake maker!! The staff was nice too.The variety on the breakfast was pretty nice. The place is super pretty.

The fact that breakfast is from 7am to 9am!!!! Is way too early. I didn't like the eggs. They felt super wet. And the coffee wasn't the best. Also, the towels smell like grease.

Breakfast had a nice variety of healthy food including good quality greek yogurt, fruit and oatmeal. I appreciated the printer service in the business center, staff was helpful when I struggled with my connection to the printer. Kitchen in the room was very complete and included a full sized frig and actual burners. Easy to walk to nice restaurants, and shops. Close to Marta train, even had a bus stop on the premises. Close to 400 as well.

Weekend breakfast should last until 10 am.

Great location!!! This hotel goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay!! Good hot breakfast, laundry, spacious rooms, beautiful decor, and friendly staff! The lobby also had a nice clean scent.

The only problem we had was that people without a handicap plate/placard parked in these spaces which was inconvenient for my husband.

The location was great! Everything you needed was close then Atlanta is also easily accessible. The front desk clerk was awesome, we loved her! The beds were amazing too! Water pressure wasn't bad at all for a hotel. Overall very pleased with the stay. Will definitely stay here again if/when we come back!

The toilet in our room made a loud sound every time it was flushed, but it wasn't bad enough that is was a bother.

Everything but the two complaints I noted below was great. Room was comfortable, clean, mostly quiet, had plenty of space, and had a fully equipped kitchenette. (Even with a dish washer, although there was no detergent.) I'd definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I disliked was that, for some reason, smells came straight into the room and would not leave. In the morning when my room smelled like toast, from the breakfast buffet, this was fine. At night when guests were smoking weed in their rooms, this was very unpleasant. The rooms are only serviced once a week, which is fine with me, except for dealing with trash. In the mornings, the hallway bins were overflowing with bags of trash from people's rooms, and in my room, I didn't see any replacement trash bags. So that's a nuisance, having to go ask for more bags. They need a better system for taking out your trash.

The weather was awful. The staff tried to keep the grounds and inside clean and free of debris.

There was a group of young athletic students who left trash in multiple areas of the facility. Specifically outside in the parking lot, outside sitting next to exit doors, and by the garbage can on the 4th floor. There was no way for staff to keep up with the amount of garbage these kids were producing and leaving in so many areas. Other occupants definitely noticed and commented on the trash also.

Employees were genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful. They gave me a breakdown of the area, to include a listing of area restaurants and shops, and best times to travel to areas on my itinerary. When I was leaving, the gentleman took notice of my opened backpack and reminded me not to forget to close it. He then wished me a safe experience, and thanked me for staying at Sonesta. Now, that might seem insignificant but when you're traveling, it's the little things that make a big difference.

I could smell marijuana on my floor, which is not something people who don't smoke want to smell when having to walk through the hallway. The only other thing I noticed is the multiple bags of trash outside of individual rooms and trash overflowing from the hallway trashcan on my floor. It was there from one night to the entire next night.
