It was very modern and well up kept. The staff of a professional and informative about the area. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were very very clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options from hot to cold there was something you could eat. Oh I should at I also stayed an extra night I would recommend this hotel. I will give them a five blunt score from the trap tray.

The only part I didn't like was the pool water was not crystal clear. I did not try it out but I must say some companies do put large amounts of chlorine to keep it disinfected so I don't want to bad mouth them about that. It's just I don't like cloudy water but I do like it clean so sometimes you have to sacrifice the appearance for safety.

The pool is suppose to be open from 6am to 10pm but unfortunately we was told the pool wouldn’t open to 12pm and that’s after check out time the one reason I booked here was because of the pool hour that allowed my kids to swim before check out Pool cleaning should be done when the pool is closed not during the pool hour . Wasted money because we only booked to go swimming

The breakfast menu had a nice variety and even allowed me to create my style of southern taste. They offered cheese and bacon bits to enhance the grits! The healthy choices of fresh mixed fruit and various breads were a pleasant surprise. And they offer a variety of cereals for the kids. I will keep that in mind when I'm traveling with my grandkids. During our three-day stay, we chose to use our "Do Not Disturb" sign, and maintained our room's cozy "at home" feeling, rather than have housekeeping clean it daily. I loved the view from my room, I loved the quietness of the hotel and I got the best sleep in that comfy king-sized bed with the body pillow for back relief

Send directions from 285 and downtown. We were lost for two and a half hours because of the confusing street names. Everything is Peachtree Dunwoody or something...It was frustrating. I went to four Hilton hotels in the area, while lost, and not one of them could tell us how to find Homewood. After we got accustomed to the area there were no problems, but being lost at night, after a long time in the airport was not a happy moment. The nice thing was, the staff member who greeted us gave us a bottle of water and offered us a snack, as she apologized for our troubles.

The ONLY thing that was wrong was the TV in the living room was not working when we arrived so we called the front desk. They were suppose to notify maintenance and they NEVER came. We notified them at checkout about that and the water not draining in the tub, and they didn't act like they even cared!

I loved how the staff were friendly.

I didn’t like how the first night I couldn’t get sheets for my sofa bed, I feel the manager should have extras just in case for things like this even if they are completely booked up for the night. I also didn’t have a remote in my room for the first night for my child.

The staff member Genesis was rude to my wife, accused my kids of getting multiple complaints even though they were asleep, interrupted a work event i was at and then wouldn't answer the phone when I proceeded to call her back.

Super safe and convenient location. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to be kind and make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had from a hotel. Room was super clean and spacious.

One of the elevators had a malfunctioning button for the second floor that made the ride a little scary. Not much parking in the lot and had to park in the garage.

It was exceptionally clean and modern. The suite had numerous plugging sockets available. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen facilities were well kitted out. The gym had no water available to drink after working out.

The sound proofing wasn’t great. You could hear the guest above moving around up to 2am, as well as everyone else (we were two doors from the lift). Breakfast was up to 10am and we arrived right at 10. The two female staff members were the quickest people I’ve seen move - they were literally tidying everything up as we went to get breakfast. One piece of advice, be at least 10-15 minutes early. Also I’d paid for a King suite and was given a room with a double bed. The receptionist checking us in failed to mention this, and if it wasn’t that I always check my bookings I wouldn’t have been any the wiser.

Wonderful free breakfast. Breakfast staff helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean! Staff was wonderful and very attentive to needs (extra blankets, toilet paper etc). Very friendly atmosphere. Handicapped parking was close and always available. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Just that the sink area wasn't closed off from the beds... so if someone was up early getting ready, there was no door to close to blow hair dry etc. A pocket door would have been wonderful.

Breakfast was average, although a bit boring, the same hot options almost every day, they ran out of basics (yoghurt and fresh fruit salad) and one to wait for it to be replenished.

Turkey sausage and/or Patti's with potatoes every morning.
