We always come here to this location. I love it, due to less traffic. The rooms are always amazing and clean.

I didn’t like the fact my shower made the loudest noise, whenever you would turn it on. It was a little smaller than we were used to too. There was a burnt spot on the carpet and look like someone just tried to cute out that spot. The cabinet door was gone that covers fridge in the room. Wasn’t too happy this go around, cause you all have never disappointed me.

Everything was nice and clean.

It wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I didn’t receive my deposit back so most likely won’t stay there again.

Everything was excellent from my arrival to the parking to accomodating us with a moving trailer and even having to come back an additional nite. The first room the excellent. second room not so much.

The second room was a little more outdated and the furniture could use some updating and a microwave and fridge in the room as adevertised but overall it was great. The food in the breakfast was cold and not up to par so we just ate out but the customer service of the hotel is always phenomenal and excellent and I will always stay here because it is UNMATCHED in the entire CITY OF ATLANTA. Thank you for making sure southern hospitality is alive and WELL!

Parking is $16/day and you have access to come and go as you please. The hotel was very clean with attentive front desk staff.

A few things could have been better, minor, but in every other hotel I have stayed in this is the norm... 1. No pen 2. No DO NOT DISTURB sign was in my room 3. When housekeeping knocks they do not announce who they are 4. At the time I stayed, all of the door locks were being redone and even THAT guy did not announce who he was when he knocked 5. No small toiletries like a shower cap (did have lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner)

This trip went extremely smooth. This hotel is great with location. The parking in the garage is $16 a night. The room smelled fresh which was a relief. Most hotels have an odor (like wet carpet) but that wasn't the issue here. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, this hotel get a 10/10! The staff here were all welcoming and made sure we were accommodated. I am now a fan of the Hyatt. Hopefully moving forward, all the Hyatt Hotels I try will be just as excellent as this one. I liked everything.

Convenient, safe parking for $16. Breakfast is real food bacon, eggs, and even fresh fruit. Even the coffee is good. Excellent service, white table clothes. It was restful and pleasant stay! It's right off the main highway, but quiet and located near a mall, but forest views. Beds are comfortable and have a variety of pillow sizes.. We will return for sure.

Customer service was top quality. Overall, this hotel was an excellent stay for myself and family. Breakfast was great as well and provided a lot options to choose from to eat. Hotel rooms were clean and smell fresh. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back for sure. Thank you to clerk desk attendant, Kayla. She is the part of the reason why this hotel received 5 stars. All employees were great, assistive, and attentive. Thank you again!

Loved the location. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was really nice. The common area spaces were clean.

We purchased 3 rooms for 3 nights, so we spent a decent amount of money on the hotel. The rooms were not as cleaned. The carpet needed to be cleaned. My son's room had a torn bedskirt and broken doorframe. We reported it to the hotel staff, and they said they knew my sons didn't cause the damage. It's a conference center, and these things happen.

The location is great, excellent landscaping, very quiet area!!! Large rooms, great view with high floor rooms, breakfast buffet was good, good staff and service, parking garage, the beds are very comfortable, 65” TV in our room, quiet floors, and spacious bathroom.

Scratch and dent on some of the furniture in the room; Needs more attention to detail with cleaning
