Great location and facilities, in general the staff was nice and my room was clean but only mine, the ones for my coworkers they only had housekeeping once in a period of 9 days

We only had once the breakfast but everything was cold, and the fruit was not good, and I really didnt like that there was not free wifi, Its not worth to pay for it when we might not even use it for more than one hour, but coming from a different country its helpful to have it at least that time The staff for the checkout was not kind

We stayed in this hotel three years ago and it was phenomenal. The front desk clerk upgraded us to a suite gratis. It was an amazing stay. So this time around when visiting Atlanta we decided to stay five nights at Le Meridien. Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. Our assigned room was at the end of the corridor and had bright light streaming into the room at night, plus an uncomfortable bed. We decided to move the following day. The new room was better, but still showed signs of wear. We asked for our room to be serviced the last day we were there, and it never was. So we had to get fresh towels, coffee and water ourselves. Charging $6 for coffee in the lobby borders on offensive. The one main plus is that this is a dog friendly hotel next to a nice office park with a lake where you can walk your furry companion. Various front desk employees are also very helpful; others not so much.

The staff was pleasant, the lobby was nice, and the rooms were spacious.

The 1st room I had was nice, and looked exactly like the pictures I seen on the website. I noticed a burn mark on the couch 3 mins after my arrival. I immediately called down to the front desk to alert them. They told me to come to the lobby and they would give me a key to another suite. The second suite was nothing like the 1st suite. The suite was completely different and was definitely a downgrade from the 1st one. There were oily stains on the walls with fingerprints and the room did not look as clean as the 1st one. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the full size mirror in the room.

The location is beautiful surrounding the perimeter mall , trees, landscape,&office building. Next to major highways and routes make easy access to attractions etc; Hotel lobby is like a warm and inviting well decorated home with a fireplace , a vibe that I loved:)

Furniture in my room was a lil dusty. Needed a chair or another club chair. But it was still nice& clean. So I gave. 9 rating instead of a 10 rating!

The reason for the 5 stars was the great customer service. We didn't have wash cloths in the room & they immediately brought them down, we got locked out & they got us back in fast, and they were able to get our breakfast issue & check in issue situated because we'd booked through a travel site so it didn't show we'd already paid or paid for breakfast. The other reason for the 5 star was the bed. That was the absolute best nights of sleep I've ever had. The bed was soft, the comforter was cooling and the pillows were amazing. The location was great too. Right across from the mall

I'm glad we included breakfast with the booking because it costs$20 for a very limited buffet that only tasted ok. Also, it was $20 a night to park my car on the property and for as expensive as the hotel was, it should've been included.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is at a good location. Breakfast was really good, waiters are friendly and helpful. Overall a great hotel.

In room amenities (shower cap, shower gel and vanity kit) should be included. Shower cap was brought to the room on request though.

The location was amazing! It was directly across from the mall, restaurants, and shopping areas! I was really happy about that because I traveled a distance just to get to the hotel!

The tub needed to be fixed. When I would take a shower the tub would constantly overflow with water.

This is the only hotel we will stay at when in Atlanta and has been for many years. The rooms are so welcoming, the beds and pillows are so comfortable. There is nightly entertainment at the bar located in the lobby. The Staff is very professional and friendly. There is plenty of choice for dining as well right across the street, fast food to fine dining.

If I had to find anything to complain about it would be that there is no refrigerator in the rooms.

It was very little parking they charge 20 dollars a day to park our room didn’t have a microwave in there nor a refrigerator, however, they did have a cooler type where you store wine but that’s it

The hotel was great. Location was right across the street from the Perimeter mall so there were a ton of dining options nearby. The facility was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

The only downside was that the chairs in the room seemed to be old or just needed replacing. The leather was peeled and crumbly so I made sure not to sit on those.
