We got a king Suite and it was really like having 2 hotel rooms because there were 2 bathrooms. I loved that part. Everything was clean and the breakfast was very good.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. You could feel all of the springs.

The staff are the absolute best. They are the reason I keep coming back. Spacious king suite at a low price. Also free parking.

I love coming here. Every year for the last 7 years. I skipped a year and went to a new hotel last year. Coming back this year I realized how gross the rooms have gotten. All the carpets are disgusting. I spilled my water the last night. And threw a towel on it. When I woke up the towel was brown. There was a bloody booger on the curtains. Stains on the couch. A sticker over the smoke detector… the bathtub hasn’t been updated since the early 2000s. And the worst, I found a brown recluse spider in my lunch cooler when I woke up one morning.

First of all every single staff member I encountered was super friendly and helpful. Especially Stephanie; who went above and beyond to get me checked in early. Rooms are definitely in need of some help. A modern lamp and a vase doesn't take away from the old chipped furniture. I had a small suite with sofa bed which had an extra bathroom in the main living area. Great if you are a family. I was solo. Room was very clean. Breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Lots of carbs. Nasty fake eggs/omelets. Bad coffee. 😂 😅 🤣 They did have 🥞 even though machine broken. It's not really near anything. Off the highway and a shopping plaza and several fast casual restaurants across the street.

We really liked EVERYTHING about this hotel! While you could tell it was an older hotel, upgrades had been made throughout. From the time we checked-in, the staff was excellent, both professionally and friendly. The lobby area was cozy with a fireplace and double level atrium, with comfortable seating. The breakfast area was light and clean. The tables were spaced well, and the food options were spread around the room, which minimized crowding/waiting in any one area. The food was varied and plentiful, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, hot egg options, and breads. The pancake machine was out of order, but they still offered some premade pancakes as well as their wonderful cinnamon rolls.There was even an outdoor area which would be nice for sitting around during good weather. The room bedding was very comfortable, with a desk/dresser/TV combo attached to an armoire for hanging items, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. Liked that the sink was outside of the shower and toilet area. Really liked the large shower only, no tub, with a shower door instead of a curtain blowing around. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations in Buckhead, downtown, Ga Tech or Emory areas of Atlanta.

The only negative was that we were supposed to receive an "upgrade" to a suite per Booking.com; but upon arrival were told there were no suites available. We weren't offered anything to make up for the lack of the promised upgrade.

Excellent breakfast.Location was perfect for our needs. Room was clean and well attended. Staff was responsive--albeit belatedly-- to our problem with laundry machines--see below.

No access to streaming services. And the absence of access to ABC TV and its partners was very frustrating. Laundry room machines were tiny and only semi-functional. Washer we used did the Rinse cycle 3 times and we had to shift soaking wet clothes to a 2nd machine that FINALLY spun them out. So we spent our Saturday night doing wash instead of enjoying a night out together. However, Sunday morning the front desk was very accommodating by giving us a credit for the aggravation.

Good location. Away from the crowded Atalanta city but still convenient to many things. The hotel is A little bit dated but they do a good job to keep it clean. Breakfast is great. The king size bed is very comfortable.

When I checked in, the front desk said she couldn’t find my payment via Booking.com and asked me to sort it out with Booking.com myself. It took me like one hour to call Booking.com customer service to solve this whole thing between them. That impacted my original travel plan. It’s a bit far from the metro station, 15 minutes walk under the summer sun is not fun.

The breakfast was amazing with hot breakfast and several other options, facility was clean and our room was a decent size since it was handicap accessible but regular king rooms are small. Pillows were comfortable. And it was easy to get in and out of the hotel to the interstate with food places right down the road.

Bed was a little springy and hard and the doors were locked at all times even during the day...I assume for security because Across the street there was a Target but there was some shady stuff going on in the parking lot close to Target and several random adults in groups and sitting/standing around everywhere and there was not a bus stop there.

We were upgraded to a suite. Very nice room. Great breakfast every morning. Excellent location.

There needs to be oversight in the upper parking area at night. Eleven cars had their windows knocked out with a baseball bat and broken into the third night we were there. Very scary. I woke up at 3AM to the sound of car alarms going off. I prayed our car would be safe and it was.

The staff and breakfast were great! Parking was easy and free. Great location to explore Atlanta if you have a car. Dove products in the room were of good quality and were appreciated.

Beds were a bit small and I didn't care for the mattress. There was an issue with the temperature knob in the shower, but we were able to find a solution and work around the issue.

Check in was easy. Our room smelled clean when we walked in, and it was. The beds are comfortable, and pillows are as well. Pool is outside and was clean and nice. Breakfast was great and had many options (pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereal, yogurt, egg omelets, sausage, oatmeal, and more). My daughter even made friends with the lady hosting the Breakfast, she was friendly and made conversations with us.

The bathroom door in our room was a rolling door put in the wall, hard to open and close the door. (See picture) The pool area is loud from traffic, but that was not a big deal for us (others may not like the sound)
