My room was given away, even though I spoke with the staff to try to do an early check in. They stated they would contact me by phone when the room was ready. I was never contacted so I came back at regular check in time and my room was given away, the had to find me another room and because the room was not cleaned and ready I had to come back to check in. It was an inconvenience

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Very friendly staff.

You shouldn't have to pay to park at a hotel that you've already paid lots of money to stay at!!!

The beds appear soft & comfy & yet they are actually very hard. Perhaps my back is too sensitive. Not sure. I have had spine surgery, but both times we've stayed there I have been so uncomfortable that we had to fold up the cover quilt underneath me to see if that would help. It helped a little. I really like your hotel but not sure I will be able to tolerate the bed again. No complaints about anything else.

The hot breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed the options from eggs & cereal to omelets. The location is close to malls, shopping, & restaurants, though for us not quite comfortable walking distance. The room was well appointed and cozy. The shower was amazing (if you like high water pressure)! The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Our room was right by the exit to the lobby and we expected to hear a lot of noise but heard very little once inside. Staff was always welcoming and pleasant. We switched our room from a higher floor and the receptionist was very understanding and helpful.

The parking and elevator were a little chaotic. Make sure you get on your "assigned" elevator! It took some getting used to but once we figured that out it was fine. The parking attached to the building was limited. We prefer to park on site and mostly were able to find parking attached to the hotel. The parking garage across the street was easily accessible from the hotel and had plenty of spaces.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and in a great location. The room was a good size, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I would like to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding my recent stay. Firstly, I was unable to park in the designated garage for three consecutive nights and had to park across the street, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the hot water in my room did not function properly, and I experienced chills throughout my showers. The consistently cold water may have even contributed to me feeling unwell. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to ensure a better experience for future stays.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The nighttime staff person was very helpful and informative. I was looking forward to the freshly made omelettes the next morning however the lady preparing them was not kind and rushed to make them, so they weren’t tasty. The pancakes weren’t hot, the toaster oven burnt the raisin toast, and there was a sign asking guests not to change the settings. There were only a few parking spaces at the hotel but there was overflow parking right across the sidestreet of the hotel which wasn’t too bad to walk across if you don’t have a lot of luggage. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

Multiple entrances which made it a little confusing to know where taxis and food deliveries would arrive. I had ordered a food delivery and I was told earlier that deliveries would be held at the front desk but the delivery person - unknown to me - had dropped it off in front of my room after I had left assuming the delivery was downstairs for me. It caused a huge disagreement with the restaurant and stressed me out. How was the delivery person granted access to the elevator and the floors when I was told any deliveries would be held at the front desk? Aside from this debacle, my stay was good for one night.

It was very clean and the staff was amazing!!!!!! Very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed every night and really was not ready to leave. I enjoyed my night out on the town but I couldn’t wait until I got back to the room. I wanted to bring my Apple TV to cast shows and movies but I was able to cast all my apps directly to the tv from any device. Easy instructions. It was very quiet and peaceful and I like the fact that you can not access none of the living quarters when getting on an elevator without a room key. The breakfast was very good and no need to ask if they had anymore because it was always plentiful and filling. I will be back
