I'm just concerned about why the pay parking is necessary for that location. There's nothing around there that people that are not visiting the hotel would be parking there. And for that reason I probably won't visit again. I stayed at this location last year and there was no pay parking..

This hotel is a very clean, well kept hotel in a convienent location close to all the amenities needed when traveling through or staying in the Atlanta area. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is spotlessly clean and well serviced, and the bed is comfy and cozy. (It's nice to stay in a room with plenty of well placed outlets for the electronics we all carry!) Prices are very reasonable, parking is free as is basic internet. Breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty, And best of all, the location is quiet. I have stayed here before and will stay again!

Couldn't really find anything to not like. Traveling for business and stay for just one night.

Ease of check in, front desk clerk, cleanliness throughout the hotel, lobby atmosphere, hot coffee all day in lobby, microwave in lobby to heat up our leftovers and tv to watch while we ate, and convenient and free parking! Noon checkout!

Breakfast. Nothing was warm enough. We came down one hour after it started and hardly anything had been refilled, specifically the waffler batter and the eggs. We were scraping the bottom of the grits. Fruit was down to a few pieces sitting in juice soggy.

Breakfast was delicious. Very convenient and considerate. No complaints from anyone in my family which was a plus!! Great selection. Wish there was a non-pork meat option on the day we grabbed food but overall everything was great!! Loved the personalized welcome and the cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel. And the staff were very nice and accommodating! Customer experience was a 10/10!! Also, I love how secure the elevators were, having a coffee/tea bar available 24/7, and having sanitizer stations everywhere that ACTUALLY WORKED!!

I can't think of anything I didn't like personally. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at this hotel. I hope everything is consistent throughout all Tru hotels!!

The hotel is nice. The location is quiet, being that it is behind the mall which doesn't get much business. The facilities are clean but my room's floor needed mopping. I appreciate that they had feminine products available and facilities outside of your room that were too clean. Breakfast was good with options for many.

Checkout is 12pm but my card on two visits was deactivated at 10am. When I told the staff, they tried to blame it on me saying my phone did it but my phone was locked in the room. Rooms were clean but the floors could use a good mopping because you will notice a lot of dust/dirt on your socks.

The room was clean, the staff was exceptional and the manager bent over backwards to help correct a screwed up Booking.com reservation. Breakfast was pretty good, avoid the sausage. It could use some fresh fruit.

The walls are a little thin so I definitely heard the people on all sides of me. If I had not had a white noise machine with me it might have an issue. I have a couple of minor issues I had. They need regular maple syrup they only had sugar free on the breakfast bar, The breakfast could use some more fruit on an otherwise good breakfast bar. Another minor issue is the lighting was good but they could use a few more watts especially in the bathroom.

It was very clean, and modern . My son enjoyed playing pool while I was resting.

It wasn’t the property I didn’t like. It was the amenities Squeeze soap, lotion,shampoo,conditioner, body wash, for an elderly person sometime Thai can be difficult when they have issues already with gripping things. The quality wasn’t great either. No coffee in the room at all. I had a migraine when I woke up and really needed caffeine, couldn’t go get it down to the first floor, I was very glad my son went and got me a cup of coffee. Would rather individual yogurts not a container of it for everyone to scoop from. Should have milk & skim milk in cartons instead of a single container. Food was ok. Lot of choices.

We had a great stay! It was very clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was great! They offered a variety of breakfast options and easy access to it on the go. Our room was located on the top floor as requested while making the reservation. No complaints. Will definitely book again if in the area again.

This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. Keep the pool table open at all times. The pool table was off limits/closed at 11:00 pm when the bar closed. We were told we couldn’t play because the bar was closed. I would suggest the pool table is always open and available to play pool.

The location was perfect for my travel, the hotel was modern and clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet.

Communication by the front desk could have been better. I was told by one employee that the second night of my stay was refundable and I would be able to cancel the second night and change my reservation to another Tru hotel closer to the airport, but that turned out not to be possible because I prepaid for the hotel.

Woken up early by loud banging/clanging in the hallways, and the adjoining rooms/rooms above. The room is small, so very close to the door/hallway. Unsure if it was cleaning staff or other visitors, but it seemed like majority of the noise was from above. Maybe due to wooden floors? Otherwise, fantastic stay. I just noticed it was a bit noisy. Still would stay again.
