The staff were exceptional!! Very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful! From the moment I checked in and got my key card I was provided with detailed information (where the facility accommodations were located), and what to expect with parking since there was a lot of activity going on (car show on the following morning and several families in town for a kids baseball tournament). I've been to a lot of hotels in my years but the Hilton Home2 in Kennesaw, GA is one of the most exceptional! We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we need to stay overnight in Kennesaw!!

We got a great night's sleep but the only thing I think could have been better is the bed which was not as soft as hoped but then again we have a super soft one at home. We could have also used two pillows each; there were only three total. We made do with what we had and still had a great night's sleep. These minor bedding issued were definitely NOT a deal-breaker.

The location was ideal for me, being close to my friend's home and her place of work which was really convenient. Also, the hotel is right next to a large shopping centre/mall which was also a huge bonus for me since I did need to purchase some items from there - which I did. The room was spacious, bed was large, bathroom was ideal (with hot water on demand). The gym was great I made use of it each day and as a super bonus, it had some weighing scales too which was perfect. Nice bonus that there was a mini-shop at reception for snacks and drinks.

The breakfast was okay, and various options each day but the omlettes and scrambled eggs seemed to be made from powdered rather than fresh eggs. Not a huge issue, since the breakfast was included in the price/free and it was very convenient for me. There was fresh fruit, and other options too so it was fine, really.

The best part of my trip was meeting Kimbrae Banks and Rodney Harris. We had an unexpected conversation that was so enjoyable it felt as if we all had been friends for years. I absolutely love that type of hospitality and it is so refreshing to meet exceptional people who enjoy their jobs and show it through their customer service. Please recognize these two for going above their job description. I will return and hope to see them both!

I like that the room was modern, clean, comfortable, not dark, natural light. The lobby was very nice, spacious, entertainment. Breakfast was tasty a lot to choose from. The staff at the front desk were very nice, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I like that the keys to the room can be used for the elevator. Felt more secure. I definitely will stay here again..

Everything! Check out time is awesome! Real meat on the food bar, and grits! Also the other choices are great! The pool was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. The room was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Great location.

Check in time is at 3, but should be at 12. And the price of the snacks at the front desk are brutal. I will bring my own next time.

Breakfast was just okay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe and secure the entire stay. There seemed to be zero issues with unruly guests. Ie...No Marijuana smoking which is VERY prevalent at other hotels on the weekends.

No cups in the room. The shades over the windows did not block out all light.

Loved the front lobby, though no pool sticks for the pool table. Still, very nice. Loved the pull out table in the room, big fan of that amenity. Also having silverware and a fridge, heck yeah.

Bed in the room wasn't very comfy. Wasn't thrilled with the drape partitions, felt like I was in a damned ER.

Convenient area. Lots of parking nice lobby and plenty of snacks available to purchase. Nice they had a bar. Liked the soaps,shampoo. TV was nice and large and central in the room. Liked the blinds on the window, light in day, privacy, dark at night. Kitchen facilities were nice. Liked ease of walk in shower. Enjoyed coffee and tea 24-7 in lobby. And cream! That's a bonus! Breakfast was good, nice variety. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend your hotel and would stay here again!

second floor elevator wouldn't go down, had to go up to go down. also turkey sausage and chicken sausage probably have more chemicals and additives in it than just regular bacon and non wheat filler pork sausage
