I loved the comfort & cleanliness of the room. Also the size of the room. The quality of the linens. Everything you need is in that room (outlets, charging ports, drinking glasses etc) I easily could have stayed multiple days there. Great location and Ruth’s Chris Restaurant is located in the lobby and available for room service

We were offered complimentary breakfast which was nice, however it was extremely crowded and not many places to sit to enjoy a peaceful meal. We had to circle several times to find a table to free up. Also, we had to pay an additional charge for parking. I wouldn’t mind so much paying the fee I wish it would have been included on the room instead of scanning a QR code through a separate party. Other than those 2 minor things, we quite enjoyed our stay.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, kind, and professional. The room was very clean and quiet during the night hours. The housekeeping staff was very nice and fast when we requested extra towels. The restaurant was wonderful, and the food and drinks were excellent. I wasn't happy about the cost of parking. We extended our stay here due to needing an extra night and even adding another night was simple. We will certainly stay here again.

We stayed Thursday to Saturday, then checked out around noon. We ended up needing an extra night, so we returned and rebooked the same room at 8 PM that night. We noticed the same stain on the top bedding cover, which means someone didn't change the top bedding cover but they did change the sheets. I did not like that...that's gross.

I ate breakfast one morning and it wasn't good. My room was very nice especially having a separate bedroom with TV. My room was clean and the room service was good also. I loved the location of the hotel. There were eateries, restaurants and shopping not far which was very nice.

I was disappointed paying forty dollars a day for parking. We didn't move the car until we checked out. The bedroom door wouldn't close right.

The suite was absolutely amazing. Very comfortable, make's you feel like you're at home. Everything is very updated, and stylish. The breakfast is absolutely unbeatable! The entire morning crew were welcoming, and just a complete joy. We will be going back!

We had no complaints!

I was asked to show my room key on my way to the soccer fields in order to get breakfast. I had clearly come from the elevator. My family was still sleeping in the room and planned to check out later, so I didn’t wake them to bring a key because I simply didn’t need one. As a Hilton honors member, this treatment is not acceptable. I should’ve been able to get breakfast without issue as a hotel guest. This is the hospitality industry; it would be nice to be able to access the services I have paid for. So, I suppose my advice is to carry your room key everywhere if you expect to be able to use the amenities.

Most of the staff was amazing. Trenille (sp?) was so great!! she helped with anything and everything. The staff during breakfast and cocktail hour were hard working, professional and very nice. it was difficult to communicate with the housekeeping staff due to language differences. Also, the room had a funny odor. I asked a young lady at the desk for some water, she said the water was on back order and they were only giving them out to Honors members. I told her I was an Honors member and she asked me was I sure. I told her I was sure when I said it. As I waited for my ride to pick me up, another guess came to the desk and told her she checked in last night and wanted two more waters. She was not told the story about back order and was handed two waters. Not good customer service.

The online photos showed a hot tub but there was no hot tub. Also, need liner for shower, and the toilet needs to be cleaned better.

Loved the breakfast. Unlike other places you could order your eggs any way you liked. The lobby was really nice. The hotel was able to hold our luggage 3 hours before the check in Welcome gift was nice.

Rooms could use some more lighting. There was no view from our room, it opened into a roof service area.

The breakfast was great, omelettes made to your taste. Quite the variety of all breakfast foods.

The only thing was the curtains would not close to block out the morning sun. It was ok, considering all I saw through them were vents?/ac units. It had a bit of a hum to them, like white sound, it lulled me to sleep.

When I arrived the Clerk was not friendly at all and did not explain anything about a deposit she told me my total 210.00 when online my total was 151.00 . I had to ask her about the up charge. Also she did not tell me about the complementary breakfast I had to call back to ask. She was very rude.
